Abstract

Technological developments in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 demand an adaptive education system to prepare a generation capable of competing at the global level. This article discusses the development of a deep learning-based curriculum as an innovative approach to improve students' holistic competencies, covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Using a qualitative method based on a literature review, this research identifies the benefits of a deep learning curriculum, including the strengthening of critical thinking, analytical skills, creativity, and digital literacy. In addition, it supports the personalization of learning through the integration of technologies such as augmented reality, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence. The results show that the deep learning curriculum is able to prepare generation Z and Alpha to face global challenges. However, its implementation faces obstacles such as limited infrastructure, educator readiness, and data privacy issues. The study highlights the importance of collaboration between educational institutions, government and industry, as well as investment in teacher training and provision of supporting technology. In conclusion, deep learning-based curriculum not only offers an innovative solution to improve the quality of education but also a strategic step to build an adaptive and competitive society of learners. This research recommends strengthening education policies and providing digital infrastructure to support the successful implementation of this curriculum. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies and challenges in integrating deep learning curriculum in education. Deep learning is applied to improve conceptual understanding, critical thinking skills, and students' readiness to face global challenges. This research uses a literature study method with a descriptive approach, which analyzes various secondary sources, including relevant journals, books, and scientific articles. The results show that the main strategies in deep learning curriculum integration include the project-based learning (PBL) approach, Active Deep Learner eXperience (ADLX), and the utilization of artificial intelligence technology to create a more adaptive and personalized learning experience. In addition, deep learning also emphasizes strengthening character and cultural values in education. However, the implementation of this curriculum faces challenges, such as the readiness of educators, limited infrastructure, difficulties in evaluating learning outcomes, and resistance to change in the education system. Therefore, flexible education policy support, continuous training for educators, and investment in technological infrastructure development are needed to ensure the successful implementation of deep learning in education. Abstract

This research aims to find out 1) The background of Gulf War II, 2) The process of the Second Gulf War, and 3) The impact that occurred after the end of the Second Gulf War.This research uses literature research methods, and uses a descriptive approach that aims to describe the research accurately, factually, and coherently. The mechanism of this research starts from collecting sources (Heuristics), criticizing sources (Verification), interpreting or interpreting based on objectives, and doing historiography or historical writing. The results of the study concluded that, (1) The background of the Second Gulf War was due to Iraq's invasion of Kuwait, (2) The process of the Second Gulf War began when Iraq invaded Kuwait on August 2, 1990, and officially ended on February 28, 1991, (3) The impact of the Second Gulf War affected the sovereignty, economy and politics of Iraq.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui respon peserta didik terhadap kemenarikan media pop up book digital; (2) menganalisis tingkat motivasi belajar peserta didik melalui penggunaan media pop up book digital; dan (3) menguji pengaruh penggunaan media pop up book digital terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Ngaglik Sleman. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods sequential exploratory, dengan tahap kualitatif untuk menggali permasalahan dan kebutuhan pembelajaran, serta tahap kuantitatif untuk menguji efektivitas media pop up book digital. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Ngaglik Sleman, dengan sampel melibatkan 1 ahli media, 2 praktisi, 1 wakil kepala kurikulum, dan 1 guru sejarah. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 35 siswa kelas XA untuk uji pengaruh media terhadap hasil belajar, 30 siswa kelas XB untuk pengukuran motivasi, 6 siswa kelas XC untuk uji coba respon kelompok kecil, serta 20 siswa kelas XD untuk uji coba respon lapangan terbatas. Instrumen penelitian meliputi observasi, wawancara, angket respon siswa, angket motivasi, serta tes hasil belajar (pretest dan posttest). Data kualitatif dianalisis secara deskriptif naratif dengan model Miles dan Huberman, sedangkan data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif serta uji statistik paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) media pop up book digital memperoleh respon sangat positif. Pada uji coba kelompok kecil, persentase respon mencapai 95,3% dengan kategori “sangat menarik”, sedangkan pada uji coba lapangan terbatas sebesar 70,3% dengan kategori “menarik”; (2) Angket motivasi dengan model ARCS menghasilkan persentase keseluruhan 70%, termasuk kategori motivasi tinggi; dan (3) dari hasil, nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 54,57 (≈55) pada pre-test menjadi 70,00 pada post-test, dengan standar deviasi menurun dari 15,158 menjadi 10,502, menandakan capaian yang lebih konsisten. Analisis korelasi antara nilai pre-test dan post-test sebesar 0,939 dengan signifikansi 0,001, serta hasil uji Paired Sample t-test dengan nilai t = -14,211 dan p-value = 0,001 (<0,05), menegaskan bahwa peningkatan hasil belajar merupakan efek nyata dari penggunaan media pop up book digital.
