Abstract

This study aims to determine (1). How is the implementation of the among system in the formation of student character. (2). What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of the Among System (3). How to overcome the obstacles faced by tutors in implementing the among system in the formation of student character. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological method, namely with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data collection steps, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. While checking the validity of the data is carried out by diligently observing the background of the implementation of the Among system learning, The results of the study show (1). The implementation of the among system in PKn learning is carried out with the stages of planning in PKn learning, integration in the curriculum, and planning in activities. The formation of student character through the educational trilogy, namely Ing Ngarso Sung Thuladha, Ing Madya Mangun Karsa and Tut Wuri Handayani, which is carried out through several activities, namely welcoming students, congregational Dhuhur prayer, posters of wise words and the behavior of tutors outside teaching hours. (2). Supporting factors include the existence of selected students from PPTS, BK tutors, school regulations that regulate student discipline. Inhibiting factors include the lack of teachers who have not all embraced the implementation of the among system, the character of students who come from broken homes, negative influences from friends and the school environment, and the paguron system has not been implemented. (3). Efforts to overcome obstacles are carried out by improving planning, implementation, and evaluation. character building strategy through implementing rules, habituating students, through liaison books, parent-teacher meetings, summons letters to parent-teacher, home visits, participating in extracurricular activities, collaborating with foundations and all school residents,

Abstract

Technological developments in the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0 demand an adaptive education system to prepare a generation capable of competing at the global level. This article discusses the development of a deep learning-based curriculum as an innovative approach to improve students' holistic competencies, covering cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. Using a qualitative method based on a literature review, this research identifies the benefits of a deep learning curriculum, including the strengthening of critical thinking, analytical skills, creativity, and digital literacy. In addition, it supports the personalization of learning through the integration of technologies such as augmented reality, virtual reality, and artificial intelligence. The results show that the deep learning curriculum is able to prepare generation Z and Alpha to face global challenges. However, its implementation faces obstacles such as limited infrastructure, educator readiness, and data privacy issues. The study highlights the importance of collaboration between educational institutions, government and industry, as well as investment in teacher training and provision of supporting technology. In conclusion, deep learning-based curriculum not only offers an innovative solution to improve the quality of education but also a strategic step to build an adaptive and competitive society of learners. This research recommends strengthening education policies and providing digital infrastructure to support the successful implementation of this curriculum. Abstract

The existence of Micro, Small adn Medium Enterprises (UMKM) can create jobs and empower households to earn income. UMKM have a very large role in economic growth, as aprovider of jobs and also as a source of income for the community. Therefore, empowerment is needed so that UMKM can develop further and be able to support the stability of the national economy. The development of the era, technology and competition in the business world which is getting higher every day makes UMKM actors have to have a good business strategy to be able to compete with their competitors. Various problems in running  a business occur in today’s economy. The millenial generation has a differnt perspective from the previous generation. Their purchasing power is needed not like the generation above them who are more established, but they can get goods and services that are much cheaper. Several aspects play an important role in determining consumer purchasing power. This community service activity is carried out to help UMKM in Warnasari Village, Bandung regency in facing sompetition in the digital era. By learning about daily financial managment, conducting digital promotions, and also knowing how to determine the ideal selling price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji potensi kuliner lokal berbahan dasar pisang beracun yang dikenal sebagai enbal di Kepulauan Kei sebagai sumber inovasi modern dalam pengembangan pariwisata kuliner. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi lapangan, observasi langsung, wawancara mendalam dengan pelaku usaha kuliner, tokoh adat, wisatawan, serta pihak pemerintah daerah yang terlibat dalam pengembangan sektor pariwisata. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis tematik deskriptif dengan mengelompokkan temuan berdasarkan aspek budaya, ekonomi, sosial, dan promosi pariwisata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan enbal yang dahulu hanya digunakan sebagai pangan subsisten kini memiliki peluang besar untuk diangkat sebagai produk unggulan berbasis wisata, dengan catatan dilakukan inovasi dari sisi teknik produksi, kemasan, dan strategi pemasaran. Kuliner ini memiliki daya tarik unik karena menggabungkan nilai tradisi, sejarah penyintas, serta potensi ekonomi kreatif yang tinggi jika dikelola secara terintegrasi. Temuan juga mengungkap bahwa masih terdapat hambatan berupa keterbatasan teknologi, akses pembiayaan, dan pengetahuan pemasaran digital di kalangan pelaku lokal. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan intervensi yang bersifat kolaboratif antara pemerintah, akademisi, pelaku usaha, dan komunitas dalam mengembangkan ekosistem pariwisata kuliner yang berkelanjutan di daerah Kei. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap perumusan strategi penguatan ekonomi lokal melalui transformasi kuliner tradisional menjadi produk wisata yang kompetitif. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan peran pengawas sekolah, dalam upaya meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, serta mengidentifikasi faktor – faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan tuags pengawas Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kecamatan Pulau Dullah Selatan Kota Tual. Metode Penilitaian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu, sedangkan analisis data mengacu pada model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi pengumpulan, reduksi, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawas sekolah telah menjalankan fungsi inspecting, advising, monitoring, coordinating, reporting, dan performing leadership dalam pembinaan kepala sekolah, guru, serta tenaga kependidikan. Peran tersebut berkontribusi pada peningkatan mutu pendidikan yang mencakup standar isi, proses, penilaian, tenaga kependidikan, sarana prasarana, pengelolaan, pembiayaan, dan kompetensi lulusan. Faktor pendukung peran pengawas meliputi adanya dukungan kebijakan, sarana, serta motivasi kerja pengawas, sedangkan faktor penghambat antara lain keterbatasan jumlah pengawas, kondisi geografis, serta rendahnya penguasaan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberi manfaat teoretis sebagai referensi akademik dalam bidang supervisi pendidikan, serta manfaat praktis bagi kepala sekolah, pengawas, dan Dinas Pendidikan dalam merumuskan strategi peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan. Kata Kunci: pengawas sekolah, peran pengawas, mutu pendidikan, supervisi pendidikan ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the implementation of supervisory duties, the role of school supervisors in improving education quality, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors faced by supervisors in Junior High Schools (SMP) of Pulau Dullah Selatan District, Tual City. The research employed a qualitative approach with data collection techniques consisting of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data validity was tested using source, technique, and time triangulation, while data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that school supervisors have carried out their functions of inspecting, advising, monitoring, coordinating, reporting, and performing leadership in guiding principals, teachers, and education staff. These roles contribute to enhancing education quality covering content standards, learning process, assessment, educators, facilities and infrastructure, management, financing, and graduate competencies. Supporting factors include policy support, facilities, and supervisors’ work motivation, while inhibiting factors consist of limited number of supervisors, geographical conditions, and low mastery of information technology. This study is expected to provide theoretical benefits as an academic reference in the field of educational supervision, as well as practical benefits for principals, supervisors, and the Education Office in formulating sustainable strategies for improving education quality. Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis tradisi Maren sebagai instrumen solidaritas sosial dalam masyarakat Kei di Desa Wain, Kepulauan Kei, Maluku. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk praktik tradisi Maren, menganalisis fungsi dan makna dalam kehidupan sosial, serta mengevaluasi perannya dalam memperkuat solidaritas sosial masyarakat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain etnografi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam terhadap 40 responden yang dipilih secara purposive sampling, dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles–Huberman dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode untuk memastikan validitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan enam jenis praktik Maren yaitu kebun, pembangunan rumah, penangkapan ikan, perkawinan, kedukaan, dan pendidikan. Tradisi ini berlandaskan filosofi Ain Ni Ain dan berfungsi sebagai mekanisme solidaritas yang melintasi batas sosial, agama, dan etnis. Maren berperan signifikan dalam membangun modal sosial melalui jaringan kepercayaan, norma timbal balik, dan kohesi komunitas. Temuan menegaskan bahwa Maren merupakan modal sosial yang efektif dalam mempertahankan identitas budaya dan memperkuat resiliensi sosial masyarakat Kei di era modernisasi.
