Abstract

Writing skills are one of the language skills taught to students in learning Arabic. The Insha' al Muwajjah method is a support for understanding writing skills in Arabic. The aims of this research are (1) to determine the application of the insya' al Muwajjah method to improve writing skills in Arabic language learning in class writing in Arabic language learning in class XI MA Ar-Rahman Sumoyono Jombang. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data obtained using Observation, Interview and Documentation methods. From the results of observations carried out by researchers, the Insya' al Muwajjah method applied at MA Ar-Rahman Sumoyono Jombang uses the insya' al muwajjah narrative or story method. The supporting and inhibiting factors from the research results are Supporting Factors (1) qualified teachers (2) methods that are easy to understand (3) teaching materials that meet the requirements in the learning process (3) high enthusiasm of the students. Inhibiting Factors (1) students' different backgrounds (2) students' ability to memorize vocabulary often experiences difficulties because each student has a different absorption capacity, (3) lack of use of additional media (4) creativity of some students is not optimal in processing vocabulary into a sentence Keyword : Insha' al-Muwajjah, Arabic Language Learning, Maharah Kitabah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru di Raudlotul Athfal As Sholeh Cilacap. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus untuk memperoleh pemahaman mendalam mengenai praktik kepemimpinan dan dinamika kerja guru di lingkungan lembaga pendidikan dasar Islam. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan kepala sekolah memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru. Kepala sekolah mampu membangun visi yang jelas, memberikan motivasi, menciptakan hubungan interpersonal yang positif, serta mendorong inovasi dan kreativitas dalam proses pembelajaran. Penerapan reward dan punishment yang konsisten juga memperkuat tanggung jawab dan profesionalisme guru dalam melaksanakan tugas. Penelitian ini memperkaya kajian mengenai kepemimpinan transformasional pada tingkat pendidikan paling dasar, yaitu Raudlotul Athfal, yang selama ini masih jarang diteliti. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa praktik kepemimpinan transformasional berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang produktif dan mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Teacher work stress and conflict dynamics in educational institutions, particularly at SMK Ma'arif NU 2 Karanglewas, are critical issues that affect learning quality. Using an interpretive qualitative approach, this study explores teachers’ experiences related to workload, psychological pressure, and interpersonal conflict through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings show that high curriculum demands, administrative responsibilities, and emotional strain are major sources of stress that influence teacher motivation, performance, and interactions with students. Conflicts between teachers often arising from miscommunication, unequal task distribution, and differing views on student management further deteriorate the work atmosphere. These results highlight the need for systematic stress and conflict management supported by transformational leadership, clear task allocation policies, effective communication procedures, and stress management training. Consistent implementation of these strategies can enhance teacher well-being, improve workplace harmony, and strengthen overall educational quality while fostering a more supportive and sustainable school environment for the entire school community.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of dormitory supervisors in student management to improve the discipline of male students at the Miftahul Huda Majenang Islamic Boarding School. The focus of the study is directed at the guidance strategies, supervision patterns, and mechanisms for managing students' daily activities as part of student management practices at the Islamic boarding school. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical design through observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. The research results show that student discipline is formed through the integration of three main elements: intensive, role-model-based guidance, a structured, multi-layered supervision system, and consistent time management. Complex supervisors act as key actors connecting institutional rules with students' daily practices, so that discipline is not merely coercive but internalized in students' behavior. These findings indicate that the effectiveness of student management in Islamic boarding schools is largely determined by a combination of structural controls and cultural approaches. This study concludes that the role of dormitory supervisors is a strategic element in building a sustainable student discipline system. Theoretically, this research contributes to the development of Islamic boarding school-based student management studies by offering an integrative model of guidance, supervision, and role modeling. Practically, these findings can serve as a reference for Islamic boarding schools in designing effective discipline management systems.
