Abstract

The customer is the backbone of the process of using the applications in the government institution. In a way that ensures the creation of its information about the change of his desires and opinions about the products and applications that are developed by electronic governments, and even his reactions and complaints within a marketing strategy that artificial intelligence sought with its embodied tools for information technology to provide it, and the result was to manage the relationship with the customer using the technological developments that help to do so. Throughout this article, we try to find out the following questions: What The role of artificial intelligence in managing a government institution's customer relationship? For this, we proposed three objectives, how expert systems embody the mechanisms of artificial intelligence within the government institution, while the mechanism of customer relationship management within the government institution is represented, how artificial intelligence has contributed to the success of customer relationship management to the e-government

Abstract

Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) are two developing technologies with enormous promise to change the way education is provided. The purpose of this research is to investigate the fundamental distinctions between AR and VR in the context of course instruction. Educators can acquire insights into how these technologies might be effectively integrated into the classroom by evaluating their specific traits, affordances, and limits. The research begins by defining AR and VR and then compares their key ideas. AR superimposes digital information on the real-world environment to improve the user's impression of reality, whereas VR immerses users in a simulated environment to create a sensation of presence and immersion. These contrasts lay the groundwork for comprehending their disparate uses in education. The study then goes into the educational benefits and difficulties of AR and VR. AR allows students to interact with digital information in real time, encouraging engagement, collaboration, and contextualized learning. It could bridge the gap between abstract ideas and real-world applications. VR, on the other hand, provides an immersive and regulated environment that allows students to explore complicated scenarios, imitate real-world circumstances, and acquire important skills in a safe and cost-effective manner. The research looks at the technology needs, accessibility concerns, and implementation techniques for AR and VR in educational settings. It emphasizes the significance of pedagogical design, content creation, and teacher training to maximize these technologies' educational impact. This review paper investigates the differences between Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) in the context of course education. AR and VR have emerged as significant tools for boosting the learning experience as technology continues to alter education. Understanding the distinct characteristics and benefits of each technology is critical for educators to make educated judgments about how to include them in their teaching practices. This paper examines AR and VR in depth, concentrating on their distinctions, uses, and possible influence in educational contexts.

Abstract

There are various generations of decision support systems related to the field of artificial intelligence, and this research paper deals with studying and analyzing the most important applications, tools, and techniques thereof in modern business organizations and e-government. Analyzing and discussing intelligent decision support systems such as neural network systems and technologies, fuzzy logic systems, genetic algorithms, and systems the expert. Study objectives: The main objective of this study is to try to identify and study the applications of artificial intelligence in support of administrative decisions, by achieving the following objectives, defining the concept of the field of artificial intelligence, and the relative importance of each of its components that it includes; Determine the modus operandi of the most prominent known applications of artificial intelligence in solving problems; Define the architecture and structure of AI applications (neural network systems and technologies, fuzzy logic systems, genetic algorithms, and expert systems); Determine the benefits offered by artificial intelligence applications when used. Study structure: Based on the study problem, its objectives, and its importance, the elements of the study can be identified as follows: The first topic: Analyzing the concept of artificial intelligence; the second topic: studying the applications of artificial intelligence in support of administrative decisions in business organizations and e-government. The Approach: The inductive approach was used, through extrapolation and analysis of studies, research, books, and periodicals related to the field of study, to identify the theoretical basis for applications of artificial intelligence in support of administrative decisions in business organizations and e-government
