Abstract

This study aimed to determine how successful the implementation of the village government work plan  in development in Bonerate Village. This study used qualitative research. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used the theory of Jan Marse, which consisted of four things that influenced policy implementation, namely information, policy content, community support, and potential sharing. The result of this research showed that the implementation of the village government work plan in the development of Bonerate Village had not been optimally realized, because there was lack of public understanding of information about village work plans, there were other influencing factors such as the content of policies that were not right on target, lack of community participation or community support in development. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of the use of electronic government on teacher discipline in Enrekang State Madrasah Aliyah School, Enrekang Regency. This study used the method. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire  in the form of a checklist and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with a simple linear regression formula. The data was explained in the form of tables, frequency and narrative of the processed data with the help of SPSS. The results showed that there was an effect of the use of electronic government on teacher discipline at the Enrekang Enrekang District Madrasah Aliyah which was very significant, namely the effect of efficiency (X1) on teacher discipline (Y) of 0.012 or 1.2%, Effect of effectiveness (X2) on discipline teacher (Y) was 0.073 or 7.3%, The effect of transparency (X3) on teacher discipline (Y) was 0.076 or 7.6%, the effect of accountability (X4) on teacher discipline (Y) was 0.161 or 16.1% which showed that the use of electronic government affects teacher discipline and the rest was influenced by other variables that had not been examined in this study. Therefore, the hypothesis in the study was accepted because it was supported by a significance value.Keywords: Influence, Utilization of Electronic Government, Teacher Discipline

Abstract

This study aimed to find out the Strategy of the Regional Development Planning  in Bone Regency and to know the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of the regional development planning strategy. Data collection techniques used observation, interview with  4 informants and documentation . Data analysis used interactive analysis models and  3 types of triangulation in data validation. The results of this study showed that the strategy in planning development had been carried out optimally, this was seen  from the perspective of organizational policy the ability  could describe the strategy , Employee Motivation could work productively  based on their ability, but in terms of the location of resources still not run well because of insufficient material resources. Supporting factors in this planning strategy were (a) Organizational Policy and Development Policy, and (b) Potential and Productivity. Then the inhibiting factors were (a) HR Empowerment and (b) Material Resources.
