<![CDATA[The results of this study showed that the implementation of the policy regarding Fisherman Insurance Premiums. In the information indicator it could be concluded that it had been established well, seen from the coordination of the Bulukumba Fisheries Service with the Directorate of Licensing and Fishermen regarding the objectives and mechanisms of the BPAN program which was followed by the socialization carried out by the party itself to the fishing community in Sapolohe Village. In the policy content indicators, it could be concluded that the implementation of the Fisherman Insurance Premium Assistance Program policy had been carried out well, judging from the success rate of the implementation of the assistance being on target and in accordance with the disbursement provisions and the causes of events by the beneficiaries. On the indicator of community support, it could be concluded that from this policy the community was very supportive and fully participates in accepting the policy regarding the existence of Fisherman Insurance Premium Assistance. In the potential distribution indicator, it could be concluded that in implementing the BPAN program the Head of the Bulukumba Fisheries Service had divided the tasks in each of his subordinate teams so that the implementation of the BPAN program run well and as expected.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine how the influence of village chief's leadership with an increase in social activities Benteng Somba Opu youth community in Barombong District. This study was quantitative with the type of survey research, the sample was 35 people. The data was analyzed statistically simple linear regression with SPSS 20 program statistics. Hypothesis testing showed that the village chief's leadership variable was obtained (t) = 0.251 with a sig value of 0,000 because the value of the sig obtained was more than 0.05 then it showed that the value (t) obtained was significant. This meant that the village chief's leadership variable (X) was associated with an increase in social activities of youth youth (Y), so H was accepted. Role (R Square) the influence of the village chief's leadership on the increase in social activities of the youth of Benteng Somba Opu District of Barombong, r square value of 0.420 or 42%.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui bentuk pencapaian target dari perpustakaan umum, mengetahui kemampuan adaptasi dari perpustakaan umum mengetahui bentuk kepuasan kerja dari perpustakaan umum serta mengetahui bentuk tanggung jawab perpustakaan umum di dinas kearsipan kabupaten Enrekang. Tipe penelitian yang di gunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Efektivitas Pelayananan Perpustakaan di Dinas Kearsipan Kabupaten Enrekang sudah efektif hanya saja belum dapat dikatakan berjalan dengan baik karena masih ada beberapa kendala yang belum di selesaikan. Dilihat dari pencapaian target, peralatan berupa komputer yang masih kurang dari segi jumlah, adaptasi pihak perpustakaan sudah melakukan sosialisasi berulang kali,kepuasaan kerja pihak perpustakaan sudah bekerja dengan maksimal untuk mencapai target,tanggung jawab sudah memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan melakukan rapat evaluasi untuk memasimalkan layanan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed to determine: how good the effect of additional employee income (TPP), how the employee's performance , and how the influence TPP on employee performance partially and simultaneously at the Jeneponto Regency Education and Culture Office. This study was conducted for 2 months, May to July 2020. The sampling technique was carried out using saturated sampling. The results of the validity instrument test showed rcount rtable which meant valid and reliability was above 0.7 It was reliable. The results of this study indicated a simple linear regression analysis that was above 0.5 it meant reliable, namely Y = a + bX = Y = 15,263 + 0.603 X t test results showed that the TPP variable had a positive effect on employee performance. The results of the F test showed that the independent variables had a positive effect on employee performance where the value of Pvalue was 0.000 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) showed the amount of contribution 0.371 or 37.1% of the TPP, while the remaining 62.9% was the contribution of other factors that were not examined in this study.Keywords: Performance, Employee, Income.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out the supervision of B3 waste PT. Makassar Tene at the South Sulawesi Environmental Management Service. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive type of research. The results of this study showed 3 (three) monitoring techniques carried out by the South Sulawesi DPLH in supervising the management of B3 waste at PT. Makassar Tene, namely: 1) Monitoring, that direct monitoring had not carried out direct monitoring due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Meanwhile, indirect monitoring was carried out through the SIMPEL application; 2) Inspection, that the site inspection and B3 waste management activities had managed properly by submitting B3 waste to a licensed third party. While a comprehensive examination, PT. Makassar Tene so far had complied with all the provisions that had been set; 3) assessment of the implementation of B3 waste management, all B3 waste management processes of PT. Makassar Tene run in accordance South Sulawesi DPLH. Meanwhile, the evaluation of the report on the results of the B3 waste supervision of PT. Makassar Tene by providing PT. Makassar Tene had a blue rating which meant "OBEDUCE" for the 2020-2021 assessment period.]]>

<![CDATA[Supervision or controlling, namely an activity that aims to ensure that the implementation of an activity can run as planned. Supervision indicators are standard setting, assessment or evaluative, corrective action and work measurement. The aim of this research is to describe and explain the influence of supervision on the productivity of Civil Servants in the General Bureau at the South Sulawesi Regional Secretariat. This research is quantitative research using a survey method which aims to determine the effect of supervision on the work productivity of civil servants in the general bureau at the South Sulawesi regional secretariat. The research population was civil servants in the general bureau at the South Sulawesi governor's office, totaling 67 people with a sampling technique using random sampling. Data collection techniques use data prerequisite tests and simple linear regression. Based on the research results of the linearity test, the F value of the output obtained the calculated F value = 1.534 while the F table = 4.02. If F count F table, H0 with a value of 1.534 4.02 can be stated that there is a significant influence of supervision (X) on productivity (Y).]]>

<![CDATA[This research was conducted to determine the Implementation of the Policy for Granting Group C Quarry Mining Business Permits in Kolaka Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative research where this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use data triangulation with observation, interview and documentation methods. The results of this study indicate that, Group C Excavation Mining in Kolaka Regency in the implementation of the policy of granting mining business permits, seen from environmental conditions, has not been good enough in its implementation. The relationship factor between organizations in this case is that the Central Government and Regional Governments are less effective in carrying out the implementation of the policy of granting class c excavation mining business permits. directly is the Regional Government. <![CDATA[The aim of this research is to find out how effective the Public Works Department is in maintaining Makassar City roads. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques through reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions/evaluation. The validity of the data is obtained from source triangulation, technical triangulation and time triangulation. The results of the research show that the timeliness of the Public Works Department in the road maintenance program in the city of Makassar is that as long as the program is implemented it is in accordance with the time specified before the road maintenance program is carried out. The Public Works Department has tried to achieve the objectives of the road maintenance program in Makassar City with specific objectives in the form of regular monitoring and evaluation for work on damaged roads. The real changes felt by the Public Works Department and the community with the road maintenance program in the city of Makassar have been well realized because of the many positive impacts of the program.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational communication on service quality in the population and civil registration department of Sinjai Regency. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with descriptive type. Data were obtained from 95 respondents from 1800 population in 1 month, while the sample used was cluster random sampling. Data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression analysis method with Y = 19,711 + 0,489X with the help of Pearson product moment (r) through the SPSS Version 22.0 program at α = 0.05 level. The results showed that there was a significant positive effect between organizational communication on service quality in the population and civil registration office in Sinjai district by 11.8% with a regression coefficient of 0.357 in the interpretation of the regression coefficient in the medium category so that it can be said that there was an influence of organizational communication on service quality in the service demography and civil registration of Sinjai Regency.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kompetensi anggota badan permusyawaratan desa (BPD) dalam penetapan peraturan desa di Desa Bonto Tangnga Kecamatan Uluere Kabupaten Bantaeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk memperoleh data yaitu data primer dan data sekunder melalui teknik pengumpulan data dalam bentuk observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi anggota BPD dalam penetapan peraturan desa berdasarkan indikator kompetensi yakni keterampilan menjalankan dan mengelola tugas, keterampilan mengambil tindakan, keterampilan bekerja sama dan keterampilan beradaptasi yang diterapkan oleh anggota BPD dalam menjalankan tugasnya yaitu membahas, merumuskan dan menetapkan rancangan peraturan desa bersama kepala desa, membentuk panitia pemilihan kepala desa dan melaksanakan pengawasan kinerja kepala desa dapat dikatakan terlaksana dengan baik namun dalam menampung, merumuskan serta menyalurkan aspirasi masyarakat desa belum optimal karena anggota BPD kurang melakukan kunjungan dan kurang berbaur dimasyarakat dan masih belum terlaksananya dengan baik sosialisasi atau pemberitahuan tentang peraturan desa.
