Abstract

This study aims to analyze the objectives, characteristics, and educational models implemented by Jami’atul Washliyah in Indonesia. Jami’atul Washliyah is one of the largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia, playing a significant role in the development of Islamic education. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive analytical approach, examining various documents and literature. The findings show that the primary goal of Jami’atul Washliyah’s education is to shape individuals with noble character, deep religious knowledge, and the ability to contribute positively to society. The main characteristics of education at Jami’atul Washliyah include the integration of religious and general education, the application of Islamic values in all aspects of education, and an emphasis on moral and ethical development. The educational model implemented includes an integrated curriculum, extracurricular activities that support character development, and intensive religious training. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of Islamic education in Indonesia and serve as a reference for other educational organizations.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the validity test on the final exam questions of the eighth grade gasal semester of Fiqh subject MTs NDM Surakarta as an evaluation tool in fiqh subjects for one semester. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods, researchers prepare a questionnaire containing 45 items given to 5 experts to be tested between the suitability of indicators with questions. In this study, researchers used data analysis techniques in the form of item validity analysis tests. The statistical test used uses the product moment correlation test. The results showed that 45 items were declared valid with an Rpbi value of 2.444 and r table 0.2876. This finding indicates that the questions used in the odd semester final exam have a good quality and validity level, so they are suitable for use as a learning evaluation tool. The high validity of these questions indicates that the items are effective in measuring students' understanding of the Fiqh subject matter that has been taught during one semester. Thus, it is expected that the evaluation process can run more objectively and fairly, and be able to encourage the improvement of the overall quality of education. In addition, this study also provides an overview of the importance of validity testing in order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of learning evaluations.
