<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan efektivitas implementasi program Manajemen Sekolah pada tiga SMK Pariwisata di kabupaten Badung dan kodya Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan gabungan antara penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik sampling dilakukan dengan purposive sampling, didasarkan pada ciri-ciri yang dipandang mempunyai sangkut paut yang erat dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Efektivitas Implementasi program manajemen sekolah adalah Baik, (2) Efektivitas komponen konteks adalah Amat Baik, (2) Efektivitas komponen Input adalah Amat Baik, (3) Efektivitas komponen proses adalah Baik, (4) Efektivitas komponen produk adalah Baik, (5) kendala yang dihadapi terkait fenomena keterbatasan lahan serta pengembangan program pendidikan, kebijakan pemerintah dalam iplementasi kurikulum 2013, Pengelolaan dana pendidikan yang kurang optimal bagi sekolah swasta, (6) Upaya dalam mengatasi kendala adalah dengan cara melakukan kerjasama antara sekolah, komite, dewan guru, siswa, dan tokoh masyarakat mempunyai perhatian/kepedulian, kesadaran, dan tanggung jawab terhadap keberadaan dan keberlangsungan program sekolah yang telah ditetapkan sehingga dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.Kata Kunci : Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Program, Manajemen Sekolah, Model CIPP.AbstractThis study aims to find the effectiveness implementation of School Management program at three Tourism Vocational High School in Badung and Denpasar regency. This research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative research. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling, based on the characteristics which are deemed to have a close relation with the purpose of the research.
