Abstract

Video game applications as software require a development process. The research objective is to build and design a platformer type video game using Godot Engine. The supporting software used in the development of video games in this study uses the Godot Engine. The results of the research entitled Coin Hunter, where players control a character named blanc to collect coins scattered in a remote forest. Design and development can use Godot Engine as a tool from other game engines. The design process includes the use of assets and programming on the Godot Engine game engine. Godot Engine was chosen for the reason that it is not subject to royalty fees. Assets can be created using free and open-source applications so that the design does not require exorbitant application purchases.

Abstract

Abstract Web-Based Service and Sales Information System at Salon Dina can facilitate the sales process at Salon Dina. With the existence of a web-based service and sales information system at the dina salon, it can improve the quality of service and data management at the dina salon. In addition, the salon can easily process sales data, goods data, purchase data and user data stored in the database. In this study, the author discusses how to design and build a Service and Sales Information System at Salon Dina. The system development methodology used is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) waterfall model which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, system implementation and system testing. This system is built using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language, the framework uses CodeIgniter and the database server uses MySQL. The results to be achieved in this study are, Service and Sales Information Systems at Salon Dina. With the construction of this system, it is hoped that it can help the salon in processing sales data, goods data, purchase data and user data to be more effective and structured. Abstract

Storyboard is a collection of image sketches that are arranged by script and make it simpler for users to convey story thoughts. The storyboard describes each step of the film, game, web and animation that will be made, This means that the sketches in the storyboard are more coordinated and when a mistake happens, the users can immediately fix it. Storyboard is the first the term for sketch that contains a thought or story script in succession of every scene. The issue of making storyboards in animation or promotion still using a pencil, paper and must have a PC, with installing Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator which costs a great deal and not everyone has their own PC. The objective is to make it more easier for users to imagine their thoughts and develop their creativity. Make users to understand the plot and content of the story going to tell. The most common way of making sketches can be finished anyplace. The method used in making this application is using the Agile method. The conclusion and results of this storyboard application is that it can assist animator with making more convenience for artists to work on their tasks anyplace and whenever.
