Abstract

Kegiatan penyuluhan dengan topik kemasan labeling dan legalitas usaha berbasis Aplikasi OSS sangat penting. Karena masyarakat desa sangat awam bagaimana cara mengurus legalitas usaha, menggunakan Aplikasi OSS, memilih jenis label dan kemasan. Tim pengabdi dibantu mahasiswa bekerjasama dengan pihak Desa Krandegan mengadakan kegiatan mengundang 10 peserta yang telah melalui tahap seleksi dan menjalankan usaha paling sedikit tiga bulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini berbentuk penyuluhan dan pendampingan secara langsung di balai desa Krandegan. Pelaksanaan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 5 – 7 Juni 2024. Dimana tanggal 5 Juli 2024 kegiatan penyuluhan untuk 10 peserta, tanggal 6 Juni 2024 pengurusan legalitas usaha NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) dengan Aplikasi OSS dan tanggal 7 Juni 2024 serah terima dokumen usaha. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan penyuluhan dan pendampingan menunjukkan antusias peserta dari 10 undangan dapat hadir semua. Dari 10 peserta teridentifikasi 3 peserta telah memiliki sertifikat halal namun belum memiliki NIB dan P-IRT. Kemudian 2 peserta tidak mengajukan legalitas usaha dengan alasan usaha yang digeluti merasa belum siap. Selanjutnya 5 peserta berhasil diuruskan NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha) yang diterbitkan Aplikasi OSS.

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has encouraged the use of village websites as a means of digital public service. The Krandegan Village Website aims to deliver information and services to the community, but its quality needs to be evaluated in terms of user satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the influence of website quality on user satisfaction using the WebQual 4.0 and End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) methods. WebQual 4.0 includes the dimensions of usability, information quality, and service interaction quality, while EUCS adds the timeliness dimension. This research employed a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 website users. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The results indicate that usability (t-statistic = 4.987) and timeliness (t-statistic = 4.103) significantly affect user satisfaction. Meanwhile, information quality (t-statistic = 1.976) and service interaction quality (t-statistic = 2.214) also show positive but less significant effects. These findings highlight the importance of timely information updates and a user-friendly interface. Recommendations are given to improve website navigation, design, and service interaction to support a more responsive and effective digital public service system.

Abstract

The digital world is growing rapidly and has a significant impact on the tourism sector. Therefore, technology must adapt to developments to meet human needs. Travel booking services such as Skyscanner allow users to book flights, accommodation, and transportation online through the app. With the large number of Skyscanner user reviews on the Google Play Store. The majority of data reviews use Indonesian languanges; sentiment analysis is needed to determine user sentiment towards the app. This study aims to analyze user sentiment towards the Skyscanner app using collected user comment review data. The data is then classified into two sentiment classes: positive and negative. The classification results using a comparison of two algorithms, Naive Bayes and Support Vector Machine, SVM produced a higher accuracy of 89.74%. Naive Bayes achieves lower accuracy 82.08% than SVM. This concludes that the SVM algorithm is more effective in producing optimal classification accuracy than its comparison algorithm, Naive Bayes.
