Abstract

Pada tahun 2022, Trenggalek mengalami banjir cukup besar yang mengakibatkan tenggelamnya beberapa kecamatan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penanggulangan dengan membangun bendungan, khususnya bangunan spillway untuk mengamankan tubuh bendungan. Focus penelitian ini adalah Bendungan Bagong yang terletak di Trenggalek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dimensi pelimpah dan kolam olak menggunakan perbandingan metode hidrograf satuan sintetik Nakayasu dan Gama I guna menentukan metode yang optimal. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa metode Nakayasu memiliki nilai QPMF sebesar 804,173 m³/detik, sedangkan metode Gama I memiliki nilai QPMF sebesar 497,787 m³/detik. Berdasarkan banjir historis di Trenggalek, metode Nakayasu dinilai lebih optimal dengan nilai QPMF 804,173 m³/detik. Evaluasi dimensi spillway menggunakan metode Nakayasu menghasilkan lebar mercu spillway 35 m dengan tipe U.S.B.R Ogee I, panjang saluran peluncur 1 sebesar 132 m dengan lebar 35 m, panjang saluran peluncur 2 sebesar 134,5 m dengan lebar 35 m, panjang saluran peluncur 3 sebesar 94 m dengan lebar 35 m, serta stilling basin tipe USBR III dengan lebar 35 m dan panjang loncatan 14 m. Estimasi rencana anggaran biaya total sebesar Rp. 258.896.452.000,00.

Abstract

Bangunan pelimpah (spillway) Bendungan Bagong Trenggalek dibangun pada area perbukitan dengan kondisi geologi tanah keras sehingga memerlukan pekerjaan galian dengan waktu yang cukup lama. Oleh karena itu, dalam perencanaan dan metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan galian perlu diperhitungkan secara optimal dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung volume kebutuhan galian spillway, merencanakan geometri peledakan, serta menganalisis metode peledakan (blasting) dengan metode mekanis (hydraulic breaker) dari segi biaya, waktu, dan safety (manajemen resiko). Hasil analisis berdasarkan perhitungan volume produksi galian spillway adalah 322220,55 m3. Metode peledakan (blasting) menggunakan geometri peledakan C.J Konya diperoleh produktivitas sebesar 1118,82 m3/hari dengan hasil analisis perhitungan biaya sebesar Rp31.106.081.375,63, durasi produksi galian spillway 360 hari kerja efektif, serta memiliki tingkat risiko keamanan yang lebih tinggi dengan nilai skor 7,44. Sementara untuk metode mekanis (hydraulic breaker) dengan volume produksi galian yang sama diperoleh produktivitas sebesar 859,26 m3/hari dengan hasil analisis perhitungan biaya sebesar Rp33.469.744.648,79, durasi produksi galian spillway 375 hari kerja efektif, serta memiliki tingkat risiko keamanan yang lebih rendah dengan nilai skor 6,97.

Abstract

Access to clean water is an important indicator of community quality of life. This research aims to analyze budget planning for clean water distribution network systems from Aloha Housing to Jl. Raya S. Parman Sidoarjo in supporting Umbulan Regional SPAM operations. The research methodology uses a descriptive quantitative approach with Work Unit Price Analysis (AHSP) based on Sidoarjo Regency HSPK and current material price references. Primary data was obtained through field surveys and measurement of existing conditions, while secondary data included planning drawings and technical specifications. The results showed a total Budget Plan (RAB) of IDR 5,022,504,000 for a 2,827 km network length with a cost per meter of IDR 1,614,896. The cost structure is dominated by pipe and accessory procurement (57.20%), preparatory work (8.83%), and earthwork (8.32%). Sensitivity analysis revealed that 300 mm PVC pipes contribute 54.59% to total costs with high sensitivity to material price fluctuations. Benchmarking with PUPR HSPK shows positive deviations of 5-11% which can be explained by local factors. Project cost-effectiveness shows a cost per capita served of IDR 125,563/person with a 20-year projected ROI of 12.5% and a payback period of 8.2 years, indicating good economic feasibility. This research recommends optimization through integrated regional procurement, development of technical guidelines for construction methods, and improved spatial planning coordination to reduce inefficiency. The findings support achieving the 2030 universal clean water access target with a cost-effective and sustainable approach.

Abstract

Structural analysis is essential in civil engineering to ensure the' safety, stability, and performance of load-bearing elements such as beams. Conventional approaches—such as manual calculations or commercial software—often involve high costs, limited accessibility, or steep learning curves. This study presents a web-based computational tool for analyzing simply supported beams, developed in Python to deliver accurate, real-time results through an interactive interface. The tool utilizes fundamental static equilibrium equations to calculate support reactions, shear forces, and bending moments in the simply supported beam subjected to point and uniformly distributed loads. Python’s numerical and visualization libraries enable the automated generation of shear force and bending moment diagrams, input validation, downloadable CSV outputs, and adjustable parameters. Validation consisted of three stages: comparison with analytical hand calculations, benchmarking against Tekla Structural Designer (Educational License), and a usability survey conducted among 67 participants from academic and professional backgrounds. The tool’s results matched reference calculations, and user feedback highlighted high accuracy, clarity, and educational value. This open-access platform offers an effective solution for educational use. Future development will focus on extending features such as analyzing more complex structures under various loading conditions, performing deflection analysis, and mobile compatibility.

Abstract

The fulfillment of the need for clean water is an important indicator of the level of quality of human life. The Sidoarjo Regency Government in collaboration with PT. East Java Clean Water through the Umbulan regional SPAM project to meet the community's clean water needs. This study aims to analyze the planning of adding a clean water distribution pipeline network from Aloha Housing to Jl. Raya S. Parman using WaterCAD v8 hydraulic simulation. The research methodology includes population growth analysis using geometric methods, calculation of domestic and non-domestic water needs, and hydraulic simulation of piping systems. Population data was obtained from three villages, namely Pepelegi, Wage, and Sawotratap with a projection of the next 10 years. The results of the study show that the total water requirement is 88.75 lt/second to serve 54,753 residents. Hydraulic analysis using WaterCAD showed that the optimal pipe diameter was 300 mm with a residual pressure of 2 bar at the final junction. The simulation shows that the system is able to serve water needs at the minimum conditions, the first maximum (06.00), and the second maximum (18.00). This study provides technical recommendations for the development of effective and efficient clean water infrastructure in the study area.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul “Survei, Investigasi, dan Desain (SID) Pengembangan Jaringan Irigasi Tersier pada Kelompok Tani Dewi Ratih I di Kabupaten Malang” memiliki tujuan utama untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi terkait jaringan irigasi tersier yang digunakan sebagai dasar pengelolaan aset secara sistematis. Selain itu, data dan informasi tersebut akan digunakan sebagai acuan dalam perencanaan sistem pengembangan jaringan irigasi tersier di wilayah penelitian. Kelompok Tani (Poktan) Dewi Ratih I adalah satu dari sekian banyak kelompok tani yang ada di Daerah Irigasi (DI) Kali Metro yang berada di bawah yurisdiksi Provinsi Jawa Timur. Poktan Dewi Ratih I terletak tepatnya di desa Ardirejo, salah satu desa di kecamatan Kepanjen. Poktan Dewi Ratih I memiliki luas pelayanan 50 hektar. Tahapan pertama pada penelitian ini adalah survei dan inventarisasi jaringan irigasi. Pada tahap ini akan diperoleh data mengenai jumlah, ukuran, jenis, kondisi, dan fungsi seluruh aset irigasi, serta luas areal yang terlayani irigasi dalam keberlangsungan manfaat sistem irigasi pada masing-masing daerah irigasi. Berdasarkan data tersebut, akan dibuat rencana desain pembangunan jaringan irigasi tersier. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan dari gambar tersebut adalah penambahan luas areal layanan Poktan Dewi Ratih I yaitu dari yang awalnya sejumlah 50 ha menjadi 75 ha, sehingga dapat disimpulkan dengan bertambahnya areal layanan, maka hasil panen juga akan ikut meningkat.
