Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between motivation to learn Arabic and English with the level of emotional intelligence of the students of SMA Darul Hijrah Puteri Cindai Alus Martapura. This type of research is a correlation with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Santriwati SMA Darul Hijrah Puteri from grade 1 to grade 3 SMA from both the Intensive and TMI classes. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling. The sample of this study amounted to 174 people. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained are: 1) The level of motivation to learn a foreign language in the high category is 26 people (14.9%), moderate 126 people (72.4%) and low 22 people (12.6%). 2) The level of emotional intelligence in the high category as many as 33 people (19.0%), medium 114 people (65.5%) and low 27 people (15.5%). 3) There is a relationship between motivation to learn foreign languages and the level of emotional intelligence the female students of SMA Darul Hijrah Puteri with a significance value of 0.003 (sig < 0.05) and an effective contribution of 5.1%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui kontribusi antara pola asuh ayah dan ibu yang bekerja terhadap akhlak siswa di SMA Negeri 7 Banjarmasin. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 7 Banjarmasin kelas 10 berjumlah 322. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 70 siswa, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive Ssampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan, gambaran pola asuh ayah yang bekerja yaitu pola asuh otoriter (11,4%), otoritatif (34,3%), permisif memanjakan (12,9%), permisif tidak peduli (41,4%). Gambaran pola asuh ibu yang bekerja yaitu pola asuh otoriter (11,4%), otoritatif (32,9%), permisif memanjakan (11,4%), permisif tidak peduli (44,3%). Ada kontribusi antara pola asuh ayah dan ibu yang bekerja terhadap akhlak siswa di SMA Negeri 7 Banjarmasin dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (sig < 0,05) serta nilai rxy = 29,1%.

Abstract

Prophetic leadership in Islamic educational management represents a transformational paradigm that integrates divine values ​​with modern administrative practices. This study analyzes the concepts of taujîh (orientation/direction) and tansîq (harmonization/coordination) based on hadith literature as the foundation of educational leadership. Through a systematic literature review method of leadership hadiths, the study found that prophetic taujîh emphasizes a moral-spiritual vision that integrates falah (worldly and afterlife) while tansîq prioritizes structural harmony based on brotherhood and deliberation. This model offers an alternative to the secular managerial approach that tends to be instrumental-rational by actualizing ad-din as the totality of the educational system. The results of the analysis show that the synthesis of taujîh-tansîq in the hadith treasury forms a leadership of syajâ'ah (moral courage) that is able to bridge the goals of Islamic epistemology with the dynamics of contemporary educational organizations. The theoretical implications provide an ontological basis for the development of educational leadership based on the revelation and scientific tradition of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

Abstract

This study aims to study and analyze the Hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH related to the concept of work effectiveness and efficiency in the perspective of Islamic education management. The method used is library research with a thematic approach to the saheeh Hadiths contained in the pole of al-sittah. The results of the study show that Islam through the Hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad (saw) has laid a strong foundation on the importance of working effectively and efficiently. These hadiths include the principles of itqan (perfection of work), the prohibition of israf (excess), the importance of planning, professionalism, and accountability. In the context of Islamic education management, these principles can be implemented through careful planning of educational programs, optimization of educational resources, improvement of educator competence, and continuous evaluation. The findings of this research are expected to be a normative basis for managers of Islamic educational institutions in implementing effective and efficient management according to the guidance of Islamic law.
