Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji optimalisasi strategi pemasaran produk Kopi Kahyangan Jember guna meningkatkan daya saing dan memperluas pangsa pasar. Kopi Kahyangan Jember merupakan produk berkualitas tinggi yang di hasilkan dari biji kopi robusta murni tanpa bahan campuran dan pengawet. Namun, produk ini mengalami kesulitan dalam bersaing dengan merek kopi lain yang lebih di kenal luas. Salah atu faktor utama yang menjadi kendala adalah kurangnya strategi pemasaranyang efektif, terutaman dalam pemasaran digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang di terapkan. Teknik pengumpulan data melipu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan strategi pemasaran digital seperti penggunaan media sosial, optimalisasi e-commerce, serta peningkatan branding dan kolaborasi dengan pelaku usaha, dapat meningkatkan visibilitas produk dan daya saing di pasar. Selain itu, diversifikasi produk dan program edukasi konsumen juga berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan minat dan loyalitas pelanggan. Dengan menerapkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih inovatif dan berbasis teknologi, Kopi Kahyangan Jember memiliki peluang besar untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan pertumbuhan bisnisnya. Oleh karena itu, optimalisasi pemasaran digital menjadi langkah strategis yang harus diterapkan secara berkelanjutan untuk memperkuat posisi Kopi Kahyangan Jember dalam industri kopi yang semakin kompetitif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the human resource training and development program run by the Kinaria Mandiri Jember Course and Training Institute (LKP) is able to provide real impacts for participants. Through a descriptive approach with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, data were collected from questionnaires, interviews, and direct observations. The results of the study indicate that the training provided is quite effective in improving the skills and work readiness of participants. Relevant materials, competent instructors, and adequate facilities are the main supporting factors. However, this program still has room for improvement, especially in terms of post-training outcome evaluation and follow-up to alumni. Overall, this program has made a positive contribution to the development of local human resources, and is expected to continue to be developed so that its benefits are wider and more sustainable.

Abstract

The agricultural sector plays a strategic role in ensuring national food security, particularly in rural areas where the majority of the population depends on agricultural production. Sememu Village, an agricultural-based community with rice and tobacco as its primary commodities, has faced recurring pest attacks in recent years. Conventional pest control methods in the area have primarily relied on chemical pesticides. However, excessive and prolonged use of these chemicals has resulted in serious problems, including pest resistance, environmental contamination, and potential health risks to farmers and consumers. This study aims to improve farmers’ knowledge and practical skills by introducing an alternative, eco-friendly approach through a training program on the production of botanical pesticides derived from papaya leaves (Carica papaya L.). Papaya leaves are known to contain bioactive compounds such as papain, chymopapain, alkaloids, terpenoids, and flavonoids, which exhibit natural insecticidal properties. The training activities consisted of initial observation, presentation of scientific and practical materials, hands-on practice in the preparation of botanical pesticides, and field testing on rice and tobacco plants. The findings demonstrated that the use of papaya leaf-based pesticides effectively reduced pest feeding activity and increased pest mortality rates, thereby minimizing crop damage. Importantly, this approach did not cause harmful effects on the surrounding ecosystem. The program highlights the potential of botanical pesticides as a sustainable solution for integrated pest management in agricultural villages, contributing both to environmental conservation and farmers’ welfare.
