Service digitalization has become an important strategy for businesses to improve operational effectiveness and service quality. However, the ordering process at Wijaya Copy Center was still conducted manually through WhatsApp, causing file accumulation, undocumented order histories, and inefficient service management. This study aims to develop a printing e-commerce website using the Agile Extreme Programming (XP) method through a case study approach involving observation and 5W+1H interviews with the business owner. The system was developed iteratively through the planning, design, coding, testing, and release phases using Next.js and TypeScript. System evaluation was conducted using Black Box Testing, the System Usability Scale (SUS) with respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula, and Miles and Huberman qualitative analysis with the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. The results show that all system features functioned properly based on Black Box Testing. The SUS evaluation achieved a score of 80.63, categorized as Acceptable, Excellent, and Grade A. The TAM analysis indicated that the website has been integrated into daily operations, improved order management, increased service efficiency, and generated structured customer and transaction data that support operational monitoring and business decision-making. Therefore, the website effectively supports the digitalization of printing services and enhances business process efficiency at Wijaya Copy Center.
