<![CDATA[Golden Truly Mall is a place for recreation, a place to eat, a gathering place for various groups of people both from the surrounding area and outside because of its strategic location, in the city center, and close to TransJakarta transportation. Based on the results of a qualitative survey of the surrounding community, there are still many who feel they have missed the "Golden Truly Mall". In creating a new meeting point, it is necessary to collect data using qualitative methods to study the needs of the local community. So using everyday architectural methods, this project focuses on people's needs and habits in using public spaces. Apart from considering their various needs, we also consider several aspects of the simple modern economy that can support people's businesses in the field of online commerce, as well as increase their productivity as students and workers. Because the surrounding community consists of various age groups, this meeting point also has various points and spatial functions that have been considered for their needs based on their age. In this way, it is hoped that this place can become a shared home, especially for the local community. Where all their needs can be fulfilled in this place. Keywords: Architecture; Everydayness architecture; Placeless place; Transit hub Abstrak Golden Truly Mall merupakan sebuah tempat rekreasi, tempat makan, tempat berkumpulnya berbagai kalangan masyarakat baik dari daerah sekitar maupun dari luar karena lokasinya yang strategis, berada di pusat kota, dan dekat dengan transportasi TransJakarta. Berdasarkan hasil survey kualitatif terhadap masyarakat sekitar, masih banyak yang merasa kehilangan “Mall Golden Truly”. Dalam menciptakan sebuah titik pertemuan yang baru, maka perlu dilakukan pengumpulan data dengan metode kualitatif untuk mempelajari kebutuhan masyarakat daerah tersebut. Sehingga dengan metode arsitektur keseharian, proyek ini berfokus pada kebutuhan dan kebiasaan masyarakat dalam menggunakan ruang publik. Selain mempertimbangkan berbagai macam kebutuhan mereka, juga mempertimbangkan beberapa aspek perekonomian modern sederhana yang bisa mendukung usaha masyarakat dalam bidang perdagangan secara daring, serta meningkatkan produktifitas mereka sebagai pelajar dan pekerja. Karena masyarakat sekitar terdiri dari berbagai kelompok usia, maka titik temu ini juga memiliki berbagai titik dan fungsi ruang yang sudah dipertimbangkan untuk kebutuhan mereka berdasarkan usianya. Dengan demikian, diharapkan tempat ini bisa menjadi rumah bersama, terutama bagi masyarakat sekitar. Dimana segala kebutuhan mereka dapat terpenuhi di tempat ini.]]>
