Abstract

UMKM memainkan peran krusial dalam perekonomian Indonesia, namun banyak yang menghadapi tantangan dalam pemasaran dan manajemen keuangan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi SDM UMKM Alnata Taste dan Batik Nation, yang berada di bawah naungan inkubator bisnis, melalui pelatihan berbasis teknologi dan strategi manajerial. Metode yang digunakan mencakup seminar, diskusi, dan bimbingan langsung. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan bisnis, keahlian teknis, dan kemampuan manajerial, terutama dalam pemasaran digital dan manajemen keuangan. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM untuk bersaing di pasar yang lebih luas, namun perlu penguatan lebih lanjut pada diversifikasi produk dan branding. Disarankan agar program pelatihan berkelanjutan dilaksanakan untuk mendukung pengembangan UMKM secara komprehensif. Training to Improve Human Resource Competencies in Running a Business in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises Assisted by Business Incubators UMKM play a crucial role in Indonesia's economy, yet many face challenges in marketing and financial management. This community service activity aimed to enhance the human resource competencies of MSMEs Alnata Taste and Batik Nation, under the guidance of a business incubator, through technology-based training and managerial strategies. The methods included seminars, discussions, and direct mentoring. The evaluation results showed significant improvements in business knowledge, technical skills, and managerial capabilities, particularly in digital marketing and financial management. In conclusion, the training effectively increased the capacity of these UMKM to compete in broader markets; however, further strengthening is needed in product diversification and branding. It is recommended that continuous training programs be implemented to support the comprehensive development of UMKM.
