Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa komitmen kerja pegawai sebagai pekerja unggul di perguruan tinggi. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Universitas Tadulako pada beberapa fakultas yang berlatar belakang ilmu-ilmu sosial, seperti Fakultas Ekonomi, Fakultas Hukum, dan Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik. Sampel sebanyak 118 orang yang di pilih dengan teknik random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner tertutup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik sebagai pekerja unggul memperkuat komitmen pegawai di Universitas Tadulako yang secara positif dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Aim of study: To detect serum chemerin level in patient with preeclampsia and evaluate the association between maternal serum chemerin, disease severity and neonatal outcome. Patients and Method: A case control study included 100 pregnant women with singleton pregnancy, gestational age of 20 weeks or more, normal fetal morphology, and absence of concomitant diseases, who were collected from inpatient during delivery was conducted in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Al-Yarmouk Teaching Hospital during the period from 1st of June 2018 till end of May 2019. They were divided into three groups (control, mild preeclampsia, and severe preeclampsia). Patients with history of chronic hypertension, diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, neurological disorder, renal impairment, or premature rapture of membrane were excluded from this study. blood sample was taken from all patients and sent for human chemerin assay. After delivery, birthweight of baby, APGAR scores at one and five mints, neonatal intensive care unit and adult intensive care unit admission, and hospitalization time were also noted. Results: There were no statistically significant differences between the study groups in age, BMI level, and parity. Chemerin level was significantly elevated in patients with severe preeclampsia (435.06 ng/ml) and mild preeclampsia (227.49 ng/ml) than that in non-preeclamptic patients (202.6 ng/ml). It was negatively correlated with each of gestational age, birth weight, Apgar score at one and five minutes. While it was positively correlated with admission’s duration. Serum chemerin > 228.5 ng/ml is predictive for diagnosis of preeclampsia and level > 380.9 ng/ml is indicator for severe preeclampsia. Conclusion: Chemerin may play a role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia as maternal serum chemerin level was significantly higher in patients with preeclampsia

This study looks into how firm size affects the relationship between capital structure and business risk in determining firm value. This study makes use of panel data from ten pharmaceutical companies sourced from their annual reports from 2015 to 2021. The data analysis method employed the Structure Equation Modeling (SEM) method via the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with WarpPLS 6.0 software. According to the findings of this study, capital structure had no effect on firm value, whereas business risk had a significant negative effect on firm value. Only firm size can moderate the relationship between capital structure and firm value. Thus, managers' primary concern in order to maximize the value of pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia is to ensure that the amount of income received by the company remains stable in order to avoid income volatility, which can trigger increased business risk for the company. Furthermore, when developing a policy to determine how much debt or equity is used to finance the company in order to maximize the company's value, the size of the company must be considered.

One of the supporters of the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in improving the economy, especially in the field of tourism destinations, namely the Hospitality Industry. The main objective of the hospitality industry is as a means of accommodation for temporary accommodation for guests who come from various places. In competing in the hotel industry, a strong management structure is needed, especially in the human resources (HR) department. The implementation method is carried out through the dedication and assistance method in the Human Resource Development (HRD) and Engineering Administration departments. The results obtained show that the role of the Department of Human Resource Development (HRD) and the Department of Engineering in the hotel industry is an effort to improve the performance and quality of the performance of its employees because they play an important role in the hospitality industry, which aims to increase the productivity of the company's work, because a company can to develop and progress, of course, not only due to capital factors and a strong business strategy, but also great human resources (HR) and also fixing facilities if something is damaged or has an error.

Cost Control is one component to support the running of business activities in hotel companies. The role played by the cost controller is inventory, supervision and control of hotel spending costs to achieve.

The role of Posyandu cadres in supporting the handling of stunting rates is really needed, not only when Posyandu cadres should also make visits to toddlers' homes by providing health education. Mothers also have to realize that Posyandu is also important in the growth and development of toddlers. This research examines the role of posyandu cadres in supporting the handling of stunting rates. Based on the results of the implementation of this community service program, it was found that the role of posyandu cadres was appreciated by the community, namely such as informing the implementation of the posyandu regularly but the cadres never provided general counseling about the importance of posyandu activities. Therefore, in order to achieve posyandu implementation, cadres should carry out all their duties properly, especially cadres must also frequently provide health education to the community, especially mothers and toddlers.

Analysis of the marketing mix and the development strategy of the tofu agro-industry in Sibalaya Barat village. The research method used is a survey. The research respondents consisted of owners, employees, consumers, and the West Sibalaya village industrial office. The results showed that the marketing mix applied by the tofu industry at household, medium, and large scale for product mix, price, place, and promotion was different. The internal environment of the tofu industry consists of products, management, funding, human resources, business location, and marketing, while the external environment consists of economic, social and cultural, technology, competitors, government policies and consumers. The strategy for the development of the tofu agro-industry for medium and large households is the development of tofu production on a large scale because it is of interest to some people.

Digital Marketing merupakan salah satu strategi promosi yang dapat digunakan secara efektif untuk meningkatkan kinerja suatu usaha, misalnya media digital bermanfaat dalam hal efisiensi menjangkau konsumen dan dapat memperluas marketplace. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan terkait pemasaran digital melalui media sosial maupun marketplace pada produksi usaha kapuk di Desa Dalaka, Kecamatan Sindue, Kabupaten Donggala. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu FGD (Focus Group Discussion), pertama, penjelasan menggunakan slide power point dan proyektor LCD; kedua, berbagi pengalaman dan diskusi; dan terakhir, praktik langsung membuat akun media sosial (Facebook dan Instagram) dan cara membuatnya menarik bagi pembeli. Hasilnya menunjukkan bebarapa pelaku usaha secara aktif mau berpartisipasi dalam penggunaan media sosial dalam memasarkan produksi kapuk, beberapa yang lain sesekali dalam menggunakan dan sisanya peserta tidak pernah menggunakan sama sekali dikarenakan keterampian yang terbatas dan minimnya pengetahuan dalam pengguanaan media sosial dalam memasarkan produk. Hasil lain didapatkan bahwa masih minimnya akses internet yang terjadi di sekitaran lokasi produksi kapuk yang menjadi penghambat dalam hal pemasaran digital. Semua peserta menunjukkan minat besar untuk menggunakan pemasaran media sosial secara terus menerus.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh variabel disiplin kerja, pengawasan, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai Pelindo IV Pantoloan.Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 46 responden, dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode sampling jenuh atau sensus.Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja, pengawasan, dan kompensasi secara serempak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pelindo IV Pantoloan. Disiplin kerja secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pelindo IV Pantoloan.Pengawasan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pelindo IV Pantoloan.Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Pelindo IV Pantoloan.

This study aims to identify the profit growth of companies operating in the food and beverage industry during the period from 2017 to 2022. The research employs a quantitative descriptive methodology and utilizes purposive sampling to select nine food and beverage industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study reveal a positive profit growth trend, with an average profit growth of 19.4% from 2017 to 2022. However, in 2022, there was a significant decrease in profit growth due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, which struck Indonesia from mid-2021 onwards.
