Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of multiple role conflicts on the business's success in the Jambi City IPEMI. This research was held at the IPEMI Gallery located on the Kambang River in Jambi City. The population in this study were Muslim women entrepreneurs who were members of the Jambi City IPEMI as many as 613 people. The sample in this study was 86 respondents using the probability sampling method, namely simple random sampling. The dependent variable in this study is multiple role conflict, and the independent variable is business success. This study shows that partially influencing considerable role conflict positively and significantly affects business success.

Abstract

This study examines the internal and external environmental factors on students' interest in entrepreneurship. The research was conducted at the Faculty of Economics and Business because many young people are currently entrepreneurs. The target population of this study was 1747 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Jambi. The number of samples used was 95 students using Slovin's theory. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analytical tools used in this study are instrument tests consisting of validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and coefficient of determination test. Overall analysis calculated using SPSS version 22. The results of this study indicate that the internal and external environmental variables each have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest. At the same time, the rest is influenced by variables that significantly impact the interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

In this study, the variable store atmosphere and product diversity were the research variables in Miniso Jambi town square. Because according to the author, Miniso is able to have a strong appeal in the eyes of visitors or consumers. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere and product diversity on consumer buying interest in Miniso Jambi Town Square, either partially or simultaneously. The research method used by the author is non probability sampling by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents at the Miniso Store Jambi Town square. The data that has been collected is then processed and analyzed using the SPSS v.22 program data statistical test data. Based on the data processed and analyzed, Store Atmosphere has a positive effect on consumer Purchase Interest where the regression coefficient is 0.103 and the regression coefficient value of Product Diversity is 0.085, meaning the sig value. obtained 0.000 <0.05. It is known that the Adjusted R2 in this study is 0.341. This shows the amount of store atmosphere and product diversity on consumer purchase interest by 34.1%, while the remaining 63.9% is influenced by other unknown variables in this study.Keywords: Dividend policy, earnings volatility, leverage, stock price volatility.

Abstract

The high public interest in shopping has made retail businesses see opportunities to make profits. Not only local retailers, but foreign modern retailers are also making Indonesia their potential target. The entry of foreign retailers will be a threat to local retailers who have previously controlled the market. This study aims to test whether product quality and service quality have an effect on customer satisfaction. The object under study is the consumer at Nikimi Mart Tebo. This research is a quantitative research. The sample used in this study were customers who had shopped at Nikimi Mart. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. Data collection techniques are primary data or data taken directly from respondents through questionnaires. This study uses multiple linear regression and descriptive analysis for data analysis with the help of the SPSS Version 21 program. This study has the results that product quality, service quality simultaneously have a positive effect on customer satisfaction and product quality, service quality, have a partial negative effect on customer satisfaction.
