Status gizi lansia ditentukan oleh beragam faktor, diantaranya aktifitas fisik, tingkat pendidikan, status ekonomi, serta asupan karbohidrat, protein dan lemak. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara asupan zat gizi makro terhadap status gizi lansia. Kebaruan penelitian mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan asupan zat gizi makro dengan status gizi lansia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara asupan zat gizi makro (karbohidrat, protein dan lemak) dengan status gizi (IMT) pada lansia di Desa Jenggik Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional dan dilakukan pada bulan Januari hingga Maret 2022. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh lansia binaan Kelompok Lansia Rumah Senja di Desa Jenggik Kabupaten Lombok Timur (total sampling) sebanyak 50 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar lansia memiliki asupan zat gizi makro yang kurang (karbohidrat 84%, protein 94% dan lemak 64%) dengan status gizi terbanyak sangat kurus (34%). Analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman menunjukkan bahwa p-value antara karbohidrat dengan status gizi adalah 0.012 (p0.05); protein dengan status gizi adalah 0.094 (p0.05); dan lemak dengan status gizi adalah 0.023 (p0.05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara asupan karbohidrat dan lemak dengan status gizi, namun tidak ada hubungan antara asupan protein dengan status gizi.Kata kunci: Lansia; Status gizi; Zat Gizi Makro. AbstractThe nutritional status of the elderly is determined by various factors, including physical activity, level of education, economic status, and intake of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Several studies have shown that there is a relationship between macronutrient intake and the nutritional status of the elderly. The novelty of the study found out whether there was a relationship between macronutrient intake and the nutritional status of the elderly. The purpose of this study was to see the relationship between the intake of macronutrients (carbohydrates, proteins and fats) with nutritional status (BMI) in the elderly in Jenggik Village, East Lombok Regency. This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional approach and was conducted from January to March 2022. The samples in this study were all elderly assisted by the Rumah Senja Elderly Group in Jenggik Village, East Lombok Regency (total sampling) of 50 people. The data were analyzed using the Spearman test. The results showed that most of the elderly had a lack of macronutrient intake (84% carbohydrates, 94% protein and 64% fats) with the most nutritional status being very thin (34%). Data analysis using the Spearman test showed that the p-value between carbohydrates and nutritional status was 0.012 (p0.05); protein with nutritional status was 0.094 (p0.05); and fats with nutritional status was 0.023 (p0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between carbohydrate and fat intake and nutritional status, but there is no relationship between protein intake and nutritional status.
