<![CDATA[AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang bagaimana kajian dari formulasi serta hasil dari uji efektifitas afrodisiak sereal dengan menggunakan bahan aktif berupa kopi dan akar pasak bumi pada mencit. Kebaruan dalam penelitian ini adalah meneliti tentang efektivitas afrodisiaka sereal dengan bahan aktif ekstrak akar pasak bumi dan kopi pada mencit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas afrodisiaka sereal dengan bahan aktif ekstrak akar pasak bumi dan kopi pada mencit. Dalam prosesnya metode yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah uji statistik mengingat ada beberapa eksperimen yang dilakukan oleh peneliti terhadap mencit untuk melihat tingkat efektifitasannya yang dilihat dari data statistik. Laboratorium Farmakologi Fakultas Farmasi Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien Medan adalah tempat penelitian yang dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2022 sampai April 2022. Hasil yang dperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah sereal yang merupakan campuran dari kopi dengan akar pasak bumi ini mempunyai efek afrodiasika atau efek yang mampu meningkatakan gairah seksual yang diujikan kepada mencit jantan. Sedangkan dosis yang mempunyai efek afrodisiaka paling efektif pada mencit jantan yang digunakan dalam pencampuran ini adalah sebesar 12 mg. Dengan nilai dosis yang tepat dan pemanfaatan yang tepat pula, sereal afrodisiaka ini akan mempunyai efek yang tepat pada masyarakat yang membutuhkan. Hal ini sesuai dengan hasil penelitian berupa hasil uji beda nyata jujur Tukey yang berpengaruh terhadap semua kelompok penelitian. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari peningkatan frekuensi dari setiap uji yang dilakukan pada mencit jantan. In the process, the method chosen in this study was a statistical test considering that there were several experiments conducted by researchers on mice to see the level of effectiveness seen from statistical data. The results obtained from this study are that cereal which is a mixture of coffee with pasak bumi roots has an aphrodisiac effect or an effect that can increase sexual arousal. tested on male mice. Meanwhile, the dose that had the most effective aphrodisiac effect in male mice used in this mixture was 12 mg.
