Abstract

Abstrak: Desa Bimorejo memiliki potensi wisata pantai, namun belum dapat dimaksimalkan sebagai destinasi wisata karena beberapa kendala pengelolaan. Beberapa masalah yang dihadapi meliputi ketidakberfungsian kelompok sadar wisata (pokdarwis), keterbatasan fasilitas dan infrastruktur, serta kurangnya koordinasi dalam program pendukung. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendukung pengembangan wisata di Desa Bimorejo dengan menggunakan metode Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD). Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan melalui program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) model kemitraan Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel (UINSA) Surabaya dengan melibatkan 24 mahasiswa selama kurang dari 40 hari. Mitra dalam program ini terdiri dari perangkat desa, tokoh masyarakat, Pokdarwis, Pokdakkan, pengelola homestay, dan pelaku UMKM di pesisir Pantai Bimo, dengan total 30 orang yang terlibat. Evaluasi program dilakukan menggunakan metode partisipatif, melalui observasi, wawancara, dan diskusi kelompok terarah (FGD). Indikator keberhasilan program ini diukur berdasarkan peningkatan keterampilan dan partisipasi mitra dalam pengelolaan wisata, kesadaran lingkungan, serta pengembangan usaha berbasis pariwisata. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan kelompok mitra, dengan tingkat pemahaman mencapai 70-80%, terutama dalam hal pentingnya pengelolaan desa wisata dan persiapan sumber daya untuk menggerakkan sektor pariwisata.Abstract: Bimorejo Village has beach tourism potential, but it has not been fully optimized as a tourist destination due to several management challenges. Some of the issues faced include the non-functionality of the tourism awareness group (Pokdarwis), limited facilities and infrastructure, and a lack of coordination in supporting programs. This community service program aims to support the development of tourism in Bimorejo Village using the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method. The program is carried out through a Community Service Program (KKN) partnership model from Sunan Ampel Islamic State University (UINSA) Surabaya, involving 24 students for less than 40 days. The program's partners consist of village officials, community leaders, Pokdarwis, Pokdakkan, homestay managers, and small business owners (UMKM) along the Bimo Beach coastline, with a total of 30 people involved. The program evaluation was conducted using a participatory method, through observation, interviews, and focus group discussions (FGD). The program's success indicators were measured by the increase in partners' skills and participation in tourism management, environmental awareness, and tourism-based business development. As a result, the program successfully improved the understanding and skills of the partner groups, with understanding levels reaching 70-80%, especially regarding the importance of managing village tourism and preparing resources to drive the tourism sector.

Abstract

College students as young adults have several expectations and burden from the society, including they who majored psychology with tough workloads and expectations. Current research aim to determine the impact of MBSR-based intervention to reduce stress levels in College students. The research method used was an one group pretest-posttest experimental research design with 40 Psychology of X student as participants using purposive sampling techniques and PSS-10 data collection techniques. The intervention used was mindfulness-based training to reduce stress (MBSR) with 2-weeks intervention program. The analysis techniques used were paired t-test (sig 0.000 < 0.05) and cross-tabulation (men = 6.73; women = 9.81). The results shows that there was a significant effect of MBSR-based training on reducing stress in College students; which female students have a greater level of stress reduction than men students. This research proves that mindfulness-based training is able to reduce stress in college students.
