Abstract

Penelitian mengetahui tujuan bagaimana model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X mata pelajaran geografi di SMA Negeri 6 Palu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif desain pre-ekperimen tipe One Group Pretest-Postest Design analisis data menggunakan uji regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan Software SPSS Versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Penyajian keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning 91% berlangsung dengan baik (2) ) Penilaian tes kemampuan berpikir data kritis nilai Pretest sebelum pelaksanaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning sebanyak 17 siswa dengan kriteria nilai baik dan 18 siswa dengan kriteria nilai cukup sedangkan data nilai Postest setelah pelaksanaan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning sebanyak 35 siswa berkriteria nilai baik (3) Persepsi ketertarikan siswa terhadap model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning 95%. Hasil persamaan regresi Y = 14,338 + 0,778X konstanta positif (+) 14,338 artinya variabel X model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berpengaruh positif (+) terhadap Y variabel kemampuan berpikir kritis dan koefisien regresi 0,778 artinya jika variabel X mengalami peningkatan satu satuan maka variabel Y mengalami peningkatan 0.778 atau 77,8%. Variabel kedua selimut kuat dengan nilai signifikansi 0.001 < 0.05 dengan nilai Pearson Correlation 0.758 > Rtabel 0.3338 sehingga terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan besaran pengaruh sebesar 57.5% atau 42,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Penelitian berkesimpulan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa kelas X mata pelajaran geografi di SMA Negeri 6 Palu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the government agency performance accountability system (SAKIP) policy at the Palu City Communication, Informatics, Cryptography, and Statistics Office. This study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Five subjects were selected through purposive sampling. The results indicate that, in terms of policy content, the implementation of SAKIP has had a positive impact on increasing effectiveness, efficiency, and performance accountability, as well as encouraging a transformation of work culture toward a results-oriented one. However, constraints remain in the form of limited human resources, both in terms of quantity and capacity for outcome-based performance, as well as limited budget for training and competency development. In terms of implementation context, SAKIP implementation is supported by a clear organizational structure, collaborative coordination between internal and external actors, and a high level of regulatory compliance. Although the work culture tends to be formal and bureaucratic, the agency is unable to implement cross-sectoral coordination and be responsive to external input. Public perception is influenced by four factors: motives, interests, experience, and expectations. In conclusion, SAKIP implementation at the Palu City Communications and Informatics Office has progressed in a positive direction, but requires continued strengthening of human resource capacity, inter-agency coordination, and optimization of information technology utilization to ensure a more effective, efficient, and sustainable performance accountability system.
