Abstract

Jambore GTK Hebat Tahun 2024 diselenggarakan sebagai bentuk apresiasi terhadap Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (GTK) yang telah berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi melalui Direktorat Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan. Penilaian dalam jambore ini dilakukan melalui dua kategori, yaitu esai dan wawancara. Penilaian esai didasarkan pada karya tulis yang menggambarkan aksi nyata yang telah dilakukan oleh GTK, sedangkan wawancara dilaksanakan secara daring dengan tiga juri untuk menilai pemahaman serta implementasi aksi nyata di lingkungan sekolah. Dari total 34 finalis yang mewakili seluruh provinsi di Indonesia, dipilih lima peserta terbaik dalam kategori Dedikasi Kepala SMP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin sekolah yang memiliki dedikasi tinggi memainkan peran penting dalam memajukan sekolah, meningkatkan kualitas guru, serta memberikan dampak positif bagi peserta didik. Terpilihnya lima kepala sekolah berdedikasi sebagai pemenang menegaskan bahwa kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada aksi nyata dan inovasi merupakan faktor utama dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Temuan ini menjadi contoh inspiratif bagi seluruh GTK di Indonesia dalam mengembangkan profesionalisme dan dedikasi dalam dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

Deaf students face challenges in understanding abstract mathematical concepts, especially the material of data concentration measures, due to limited verbal communication and lack of learning media that suits their characteristics. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of statistical e-comic based on multisensory approach integrated with collaborative learning model in improving mathematical connection ability of deaf students. The research approach used is mixed-methods with Single Subject Research (SSR) design type A-B-A. The subjects consisted of three deaf students of class VIII-B in SLB Negeri Ungaran who were purposively selected. Data collection techniques included mathematical connection tests, learning observations, semi-structured interviews, and visual documentation. Quantitative data was analysed using visual inspection charts within and between conditions, while qualitative data was analysed through reduction, presentation, interpretation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that statistical e-comic media was effective in significantly improving deaf students' mathematical connections, both from cognitive (concept understanding), affective (motivation and attitude), and psychomotor aspects (digital skills and participation). The conclusion shows that statistical e-comic with multisensory approach and collaborative learning is able to bridge the gap of mathematical understanding contextually and applicatively.

Abstract

Mathematical spatial ability plays a crucial role in geometry learning, particularly in visualizing and manipulating three-dimensional objects. However, students with hearing impairment often face difficulties in developing spatial reasoning due to limited access to dynamic and interactive visual learning media, which can hinder their overall performance in geometry and related subjects. Although Augmented Reality (AR) has been widely implemented in mathematics education, empirical evidence on its effectiveness in improving spatial ability among deaf students, particularly using a Single Subject Research (SSR) design, remains limited. This study aims to examine the effect of an AR-based mathematics textbook on the mathematical spatial ability of three deaf students at a special senior high school (SMALB). A mixed-methods embedded design was employed, with quantitative data collected using a Single Subject Research (A1–B–A2) model and qualitative data obtained from observations, interviews, and questionnaires to explore students’ learning experiences. Quantitative data were analyzed using visual and quantitative techniques in a single-subject research design. The findings indicate consistent improvement during the intervention phase, supported by positive trend direction, clear level changes, immediacy of effect, and 0% data overlap between baseline and intervention across subjects. These results provide evidence of the effectiveness of AR-based mathematics textbooks in improving and sustaining mathematical spatial ability within the observed cases of deaf students in geometry learning.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi pendidikan mendorong perlunya inovasi dalam pembelajaran matematika, salah satunya melalui digitalisasi Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) yang terintegrasi dengan evaluasinya untuk mendukung Kompetensi Kreativitas Matematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh gambaran kemampuan guru matematika SMP di wilayah eks-Karesidenan Semarang dalam melakukan digitalisasi LKS tersebut, sekaligus menilai kompetensi kreativitas matematis siswa selama implementasinya. Penelitian menggunakan metode campuran dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Sampel terdiri atas 20 guru matematika, enam di antaranya diwawancarai untuk pendalaman kualitatif. Analisis kuantitatif dilakukan menggunakan uji-t berbantuan SPSS, sedangkan analisis kualitatif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data, interpretasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata kemampuan guru sebesar 87,98 dan penerimaan positif terhadap digitalisasi LKS sebagai inovasi pembelajaran. Kompetensi kreativitas matematis siswa dari dua SMP menunjukkan nilai rata-rata 85,44 dan 83,00 setelah implementasi. Kendala utama mencakup keterbatasan jaringan Wi-Fi dan kebutuhan kuota internet. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa digitalisasi LKS efektif mendukung kreativitas matematis siswa serta layak diterapkan lebih luas, dengan dukungan pelatihan guru dan penguatan infrastruktur teknologi.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has created unprecedented opportunities for innovation in mathematics education, particularly through the integration of Augmented Reality (AR). This study presents a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) examining the role of AR as an ICT-based innovation in developing students' digital literacy and mathematical problem-solving ability. Following the PRISMA 2020 protocol, a comprehensive search was conducted across five databases—Scopus, Web of Science, ERIC, Google Scholar, and Garuda—yielding 127 initially identified articles. After applying rigorous inclusion and exclusion criteria, 25 peer-reviewed articles published between 2020 and 2025 were selected for in-depth analysis. The findings reveal that: (1) AR consistently improves students' mathematical problem-solving ability, with average score gains ranging from 18% to 34% relative to conventional instruction; (2) AR meaningfully supports the development of digital literacy by engaging students in multimodal, technology-mediated learning experiences; (3) the effectiveness of AR is substantially moderated by the quality of pedagogical design, with inquiry-based, problem-based, and gamification frameworks yielding the strongest outcomes; and (4) key implementation barriers include device accessibility, teacher digital competence, and instructional time constraints. Critically, this review identifies a salient gap in the literature: very few studies have integrated AR with local cultural contexts in Indonesian mathematics classrooms, pointing toward a promising direction for developing contextually grounded and culturally responsive learning models.
