Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of motivation and work environment on employee performance at the Depok City Public Works and Spatial Planning Department, both partially and jointly. The research method is quantitative with an associative approach, with questionnaires collecting data. The population studied was 106 people, and the sample was selected using a saturated sampling technique of 106 people. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient tests, and determination. The research results show that motivation partially significantly affects employee performance. Likewise, the work environment also partially significantly affects employee performance. Simultaneously, motivation and work environment also significantly affect employee performance. The results of the determination test show that motivation and work environment contribute 61.5% to employee performance, while other factors influence the remaining 38.5%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Return on Equity (ROE) at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk during the 2014–2023 period. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, this research leverages financial statement data from the company over ten years. The analysis involves multiple linear regression, with LDR and DER serving as independent variables and ROE as the dependent variable. The findings reveal that LDR does not significantly affect ROE, indicating that the bank's liquidity in channeling third-party funds into credit does not directly enhance profitability. Similarly, DER does not show a significant influence on ROE, suggesting that financial leverage alone is not a determining factor for profitability. Furthermore, the simultaneous analysis of LDR and DER demonstrates no significant impact on ROE, highlighting the need to consider other factors that might play a more substantial role in influencing financial performance. The results suggest that operational efficiency, credit quality, risk management, and macroeconomic conditions may be more critical determinants of ROE. This study underscores the importance of adopting a comprehensive approach to analyzing financial performance and offers recommendations for improving profitability and competitiveness in the banking sector.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kerjasama tim dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Intrias Mandiri Sejati. Metode yang digunakan dalam penlitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh dengan total seluruh responden sebanyak 60 orang. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas danrealibilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis deskriptif, sedangkan uji hipotesisnya menggunakan regresi linear sederhana, regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial, dan uji simultan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerjakaryawan dengan persamaan regresi sederhana sebesar 0,836(X1), nilai t hitung 10,554 > t tabel 2,002, nilai R-square sebesar 0,658 atau 65,8% serta koefisien korelasi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,811 artinya kedua variabel mempunyai tingkat hubungan yangkuat. (2) Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi sebesar 0,851 (X2), nilai t hitung 10,781 > t tabel 2,002, nilai R-square sebesar 0,667 atau 66,7% serta koefisien korelasi diperoleh sebesar 0,817 artinyakedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat. (3) kerjasama tim dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai regresi linear berganda sebesar Y = 1,241 + 0,462 X1 + 0,493 X2. Nilai R square pada penelitian ini sebesar 0,750 atau 75,0%, dan nilai F hitung 85,593 > F tabel 3,159. Artinya terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara kerjasama tim dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Intrias Mandiri Sejati.
