Abstract

The transformation of education in Indonesia through the implementation of Merdeka Belajar Curriculum has encouraged the implementation of various innovative learning models in schools and madrasah. This research aims to analyse the effectiveness and challenges of implementing Inquiry Learning, Problem-Based Learning, Project-Based Learning, Blended Learning, and Flipped Classroom learning models in improving learning quality and students' 21st century skills. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data sources were obtained through in-depth interviews with 30 educators in schools and madrasahs, classroom observations, and analysis of education policy documents. The results show that the implemented learning models are able to increase student engagement, critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration in learning. Blended Learning and Flipped Classroom models received positive responses regarding flexibility and accessibility, although there are still obstacles in digital infrastructure readiness. Abstract

Stunting in Indonesia is still a serious challenge, and although the prevalence rate shows a downward trend, the national target of 14.2% in 2029 (Ministry of Health 2025) has not been achieved. Effective intervention through the Posyandu as the front line is crucial. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of balanced nutrition education through Posyandu in stunting prevention and identify the success factors of intervention in Temulus Village, Randublatung. The type of research used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), emphasizing active community involvement. The main data sources were obtained from mothers of toddlers, Posyandu cadres, and village health workers as informants and perpetrators. The results showed that educational interventions resulted  in a significant increase in the average knowledge score of mothers under five (from  65.5 \pm 8.2  to  91.7 \pm 4.5 ) and a positive change in feeding behavior (PMBA), evidenced by the increase in MP-ASI practice adherence from  51.1\%  to  85.5\% . In addition, there is a strengthening of cadre capacity through integrated training, which increases their self-efficacy and skills. This participatory education has proven to be effective in bridging the gap between knowledge and practice, as well as significantly contributing to the trend of reducing local stunting risk, affirming the role of Posyandu as a center for sustainable and empowering interventions.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the Indonesian economy, especially in creating jobs and improving people's welfare. However, one of the main obstacles faced by MSMEs is access to capital. In this context, Islamic financing is a significant alternative for MSMEs to obtain financial support without having to rely on the interest-based conventional banking system. This study aims to analyse the role of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Pati Sub-Branch Office (KCP) financing in improving the sustainability and growth of MSMEs. This research uses a quantitative approach with a case study method. The data sources in this study include primary data obtained from interviews with MSME actors who received financing from BSI KCP Pati, as well as secondary data from BSI annual reports and related academic publications. The results showed that the majority of MSMEs experienced a significant increase in production capacity and income after obtaining Islamic financing. Financing schemes such as musyarakah and mudharabah provide more flexible and fair benefits for businesses compared to interest-based credit systems. In addition to the positive impact on business growth, this study also identifies several challenges in the application of Islamic financing, such as the lack of understanding of the Islamic financial system among businesses and the complex application procedures. Thus, education efforts and increased Islamic financial literacy for MSME players are needed so that the benefits of this financing can be accessed more widely and optimally. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of Islamic financial policies and increase the effectiveness of financing for MSMEs in Indonesia.
