Abstract

This research aims to determine, analyze and empirically prove the factors that influence village financial accountability in the North Loloda District Government. This type of research is associative research that is causal in nature. The population in this study consisted of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Village Treasurer, BPD, Head of Finance and Community Participation in each village government in North Loloda District with a sampling technique using the sloving method so that the research sample totaled 85 respondents. The data in this research is primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis model uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that simultaneously Financial Management, Quality of Human Resources, Supervision and Community Participation have a significant effect on Village Financial Accountability in the North Loloda District Government and partially, Financial Management, Quality of Human Resources, Supervision and Community Participation have a significant effect on Village Financial Accountability in the North Loloda District Government

Abstract

Financial literacy is a person's ability to manage finances as well as possible. Lifestyle is a need related to a person's desire for something he wants to fulfill his pleasure by changing their lifestyle. This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and lifestyle on financial management behavior of accounting and business administration students at Hein Namotemo University. Data was collected by means of a survey using a questionnaire given to 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the financial literacy variable has a positive and significant effect on student financial management behavior. While the lifestyle variable has a positive but not significant effect on student financial management.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan mengetahui tentang Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Kompensasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Dosen. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan membagikan kuesioner kepada responden. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu sebanyak 33 dosen di Universitas Hein Namotemo. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan pengujian data dilakukan menggunakan program Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel komitmen organisasi dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja dosen sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa, variabel komitmen organisasi, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen. Nilai pearson correlation yaitu R = 0,603, artinya terdapat hubungan antara variable komitmen organisasi, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja dosen adalah cukup kuat atau sebesar 60,3%. Sedangkan untuk koefisien determinan (R2) diperoleh nilai R-square sebesar 0,364 atau 36,4%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 36,4% kinerja dosen, dipengaruhi oleh faktor komitmen organisasi, kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini.
