Abstract

The definition of organization in this paper includes large and small work units such as a department, work unit, project or sub-project. The author assumes that the strength and existence of an organization is highly dependent on the organization's ability to achieve its goals. Therefore, in maintaining, fostering, or developing an organization, it is necessary to pay attention to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization in achieving the desired goals. Thus, the assessment and measurement of the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization need to be carried out and in this regard, concepts and tools are needed as well as ways to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.

Abstract

The current investigation set out to ascertain the following: the impact of organizational culture and authority style on work satisfaction and worker performance, as direct and indirect.This investigation used the SEM analysis and a quantitative approach to provide explanations. Number of 157 workers of PT PLN (Persero) SPI in the ATD Division made up the paper's population. The proportionate random sampling technique was used to carry out the sampling, resulting in 61 respondents.According to the paper's findings, from the six hypotheses had a direct impact in addition to having a positive and substantial effect. Nonetheless, the data processing findings revealed the following mediating effect: Worker performance was impacted by organizational culture through work happiness because worker performance was already directly affected by organizational culture even in the absence of work satisfaction. Work satisfaction impacts worker performance even in the absence of authority style.

Abstract

Objective this research is to examine and analyze the influence of tranformational leadership, job motivation and discipline toward performance of employee in PT. Karya Mandiri Distric Kalimantan. Data collected through distribution of questionnaires, and it is implemented to PT. Karya Mandiri Distric Kalimantan 108 employee. Analysis of data in this research using the help of SPSS version 27. A sampling technique uses a census method and data test technique is used within the research includes validity test by factor analysis, reliability test with cronbach.Analysis result demonstrates that transformational leadership have a positive influence toward employee performance. Job motivation has a positive influence toward employee performance and job discipline have a positive influence toward employee performance.
