Abstract

The limited variety of geography instructional media at SMA Negeri 1 Bonepantai has led to difficulties among students in comprehending disaster mitigation and adaptation concept. In addition, the evaluation media employed by teachers have not yet been integrated with technology. This research aims to develop learning video media using Wondershare Filmora and Quizizz evaluation media on Disaster Mitigation and Adaptation material. This type of research is research and development ( RD). The development model applied is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects consist of validation of materials, questions, media, and learning, product testing to class XP Students of SMA Negeri 1 Bonepantai of the material expert was 88.33%, question experts 81.66%, media experts 86.66%, and learning experts 91.42%. In accordance with the validation criteria, the value is categorized as very valid. The assessment of student responses, were 91.16% included very valid category. From the results of the student responses to the Wondershare Filmora learning video media was 90.88%, and for the Quizizz evaluation media, the student responses were 91,16%, which were included in the very valid category. It was concluded that the Wondershare Filmora-based learning video media and quizizz evaluation media, is very effective and feasible to be implemented.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the community's perception of the supply chain of leading commodities in Taluditi District and to identify the internal and external factors that influence its development. This research is important to conduct considering the still low efficiency of the supply chain, which impacts the added value of agricultural products. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques thru in-depth interviews, field observations, and documentation. Informants were determined thru purposive and snowball sampling, including farmers, collectors, distributors, and consumers. Data analysis was conducted using the SWAT method thru IFAS and EFAS. The research results indicate that internally, there are strengths such as the use of superior seeds, high farmer experience, and the presence of active farmer groups. However, there are still weaknesses such as low technology adoption, minimal training, and the absence of product processing, resulting in low product added value. Externally, there are opportunities such as the opening of digital markets, government program support, and the potential for agro-industrial development, but there are also threats like price fluctuations, the dominance of middlemen, and climate change. Overall, the strategic position is in Quadrant I (aggressive), so development is directed toward utilizing strengths to seize opportunities thru value addition, marketing digitalization, and strengthening farmer institutions.

Abstract

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education has created new opportunities to improve student engagement and learning activities. This study aims to analyze students’ learning activity responses in AI-based Geography learning at SMA Negeri 2 Gorontalo. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach involving students of class XI-4. Data were collected through observation sheets, documentation, questionnaires, and learning activity assessments. The results showed that in Cycle I, student learning activity reached 71.97% in the good category, although some students were still in the adaptation stage and had not yet optimally utilized AI as a learning resource. In Cycle II, student learning activity increased to 80.30% in the very good category, marked by greater student engagement in discussions, information exploration, problem-solving, and group presentation activities. The improvement of 8.33% from Cycle I to Cycle II indicates that AI-based learning integrated with Deep Learning and the Quizizz platform effectively enhanced student participation, motivation, interaction, and engagement during Geography lessons. The use of AI-assisted learning environments also facilitated personalized learning experiences and strengthened students’ understanding of disaster mitigation concepts. These findings suggest that AI can serve as an effective learning support tool in Geography education and contribute to improving student learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to design scrapbook digital learning media for Geographic Information Systems (GIS) material for tenth-grade senior high school students. The study focused on the media design stage through needs analysis, media structure design, visual element development, learning video selection, and interactive evaluation design. The analysis showed that GIS material contains abstract concepts, such as spatial data, attribute data, raster data, vector data, GIS components, and GIS applications, which require visual and interactive presentation. The media was designed using Canva in the form of a digital book that integrates text, images, illustrations, icons, colors, concept maps, learning videos, and QR code-based evaluation through Wayground. The media consists of a cover, foreword, table of contents, learning objectives, concept map, learning materials, videos, evaluation, glossary, and references. This design is expected to become an attractive, accessible, and visual alternative for Geography learning media that supports students’ understanding of basic GIS concepts in accordance with current digital learning needs.
