Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove the factors that directly affect their business strategy in order to improve the performance of the terasi production in the district of Rembang and to analyze and prove the factors that directly affect business strategy in order to improve the performance of the terasi production in the district of Rembang. Respondents in this study were managers or owners of terasi production in the district of Rembang. The analysis technique uset test track path. The results of this study concluded that education, skill, and environmentally significant positive effect on improvement of the business strategy of terasi production in the district of Rembang. As well as education, skills, and environment as well as good business strategy will accelerate the improvement of business performance of terasi production in the district of Rembang.Keywords: performance improvement, the business strategy, education, skills and the environment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer relationship to product innovation, the influence of marketing program's creativity toward product innovation, the influence of relationship with customer to the improvement of marketing performance, the influence of marketing program creativity toward the improvement of marketing performance and analyze the effect of product innovation on marketing performance in order to increase marketing performance SMEs processing wood in Rembang regency. The expected target of this research is to get a concrete picture of strategy of improving marketing performance of SMEs of wood processing in Kabupaten Rembang which will be used as a reference for business improvement in SME development. The population of this study includes all actors SMEs Rembang wood processing. Determination of sample in this research is done by random sampling technique by purposive that is selecting wood processing SME with criterion specified. The respondents are the managers or owners of SMEs. Analytical techniques used in this study are the model of causality or influence and relationship. Analyzer used in processing the data to test the hypothesis that is proposed is by using SEM (Structural Equation Model). The result of the research shows that customer relationship has significant effect on product innovation with Standardized coefficient value 0,460. Creative marketing programs also significantly influence product innovation with the value of Standardized coefficient of 0.378. Furthermore, the relationship with the customer also significantly influences the marketing performance improvement with the value of Standardized coefficient of 0.264 as well as the creativity of the marketing program is also significant to the improvement of marketing performance with the value of standardized coefficient of 0.514. For product innovation also have an effect not significant to increase marketing performance with standardized coefficient value 0,183. Kata Kunci: marketing performance, innovation, marketing creativity, dan customer relationship

Abstract

This research aimed to examine (1) whether the influence of accounting information and gender on SMEs performance, and (2) whether entrepreneurial orientation is capable to mediate the influence of accounting and gender information on SME performance.  To achieve these objectives, then conducted survey method, so go directly to the SMEs by dividing the questionnaire.The reliability test results show that each construction has the value of Cronbach's Alpha which is acceptable above 0.70 as the minimum criteria to be acceptable. Based on the result of the validity test indicates that all items of the statement, all other items of the statement are valid because the R count is greater than the R table. Results of data shows that gender has a non significant effect on entrepreneurial orientation of SMEs in Kab. Rembang, the use of accounting information has a significant positive effect on business performance in Kab. Rembang. Gender has a non significant influence on business performance of SMEs.  Entrepreneurial orientation has a non significant effect business performance of SMEs in Kab. Rembang. To test Sobel Test shows results that entrepreneurial orientation and gender cannot explain the indirect relationship between the use of accounting information on business performance. Keywords:  Keywords: accounting information, gender, SMEs’ performance

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit all countries since the beginning of 2020 has caused all sectors of life, especially the economy, to experience a very large impact. In connection with the existence of WFH and social distancing, the movement of the community in life is slow because with WFH people cannot leave the house and with social distancing people are prohibited from carrying out activities that are gathering or grouping. Rembang city is one of the areas in Central Java which is included in the red zone, because of the presence of several people who were positive for the Covid-19 virus. So that people also do WFH and social distancing. One of the villages that experienced the impact of WFH and social distancing is Jolotundo village. One of the community activities affected by the covid-19 virus is the activity of the Jolotundo village community “pasar krempyeng”. So that the STIE YPPI Rembang service team is motivated to solve partner problems, where the focus of our activities is so that the “pasar krempyeng” trader group has a new business, where the new business can be carried out both on the production and marketing side. Methods of implementing activities that have been carried out include: counseling, management training and practice of making herbal medicine. The results of community service activities in Jolotundo village, including; There are group participants who open a new business (herbal drink), there is an attractive packaging that supports the marketing program.

Abstract

Management ability should be the activity that supports small and medium enterprises to be more effective and efficient in carrying out the enterprise in order to have high competitiveness. The problem occurred is there are many small and medium enterprises have poor management. The same problem also faced by Batik Tulis lasem industry, so the competitiveness of Batik Tulis Lasem industry is not optimal. This research aim is to obtain the proper enterprise management model as the effort to improve Batik Tulis Lasem competitiveness. Data analysis used is qualitative approach and SWOT analysis. The research result is the enterprise management model developed consists of production management, human resources management, marketing management and financing management. In implementing this enterprise management model is also developed criterion of enterprise performance measurement. The enterprise subjects have to carry out SWOT analysis for their enterprises, so the enterprises conditions and the competitor position this time can be identified.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  memberikan bukti empiris tentang penerapan berbagai Praktek Akuntansi Manajemen (PAM) di UKM di Kabupaten Rembang. Data dikumpulkan melalui survei dan mendapatkan hasil, UKM di kabupaten Rembang yang telah menggunakan PAM sebanyak 54 UKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktek akuntansi manajemen seperti penganggaran konvensional, pengukuran biaya tradisional banyak digunakan responden. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden telah mengadopsi satu atau lebih kegiatan yang terkait aspek keuangan dan non keuangan tetapi ketergantungannya lebih besar pada kegiatan keuangan daripada non keuangan. Kegiatan non keuangan yang sering digunakan responden adalah tepat waktu. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa responden yang terkait dengan kegiatan ukuran kinerja non keuangan, lebih berfokus pada proses internal dan pelanggan daripada berfokus ke karyawan. Responden juga menunjukkan rendahnya penggunaan semua teknik penilaian investasi dalam proses pengambilan keputusan mereka. Temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa ukuran UKM yang relative kecil dan beberapa kendala yang kemungkinan terjadi untuk mengadopsi PAM yang komprehensif di perusahaan mereka. Sedangkan untuk hasil uji hipotesis menujukkan bahwa ketidakpastian lingkungan, persaingan pasar, dan partisipasi pemilik secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terkait penggunaan praktek akuntansi manajemen. Dan kualitas staf akuntansi internal berpengaruh positif tidak siginifikan terhadap penggunanaan praktek akuntansi manajemen.
