Abstract

This study aims to analyze the policy of digitizing public services at the sub-district level in the perspective of state administrative law. Digital transformation in the public bureaucracy in the modern era is an important step in creating effective, efficient, and accountable services. However, the implementation of digitalization is often not accompanied by an adequate legal framework, resulting in the potential for administrative irregularities and violations of the principles of good governance. Using a normative research approach, this study examines the compatibility of digitization policies with the principles of state administrative law, such as the principles of legality, legal certainty, proportionality, professionalism, openness, and accountability. The results of this study show that the digitization of public services at the sub-district level requires strengthening technical regulations, increasing the capacity of the apparatus, and integrating digital service systems and standards based on legal principles. This research not only focuses on technological innovation, but is also supported by a strong legal foundation to ensure the protection of public rights and the legitimacy of public services.

Abstract

Interest in learning history among students, especially in rural areas of Indonesia, has decreased significantly, so that only about 35% of students show high interest in the subject. This condition has the potential to threaten their understanding of culture and national identity. This study aims to examine the use of the Japanese Fortress located in Badean Village as a source of history learning to increase the learning interest of MTs Nurul Iman students. A qualitative approach with an exploratory design is applied to explore the experiences and perceptions of students, teachers, and the community through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and focused group discussions. The results of the study revealed that visits and hands-on learning at the Japanese Fort site were able to increase students' interest and understanding of history. Interactive and contextual learning experiences encourage deeper emotional engagement of students. In addition, the use of these local historical sites helps students identify and live the cultural values inherent in their communities. These findings show the effectiveness of the Japanese Fortress as a historical educational medium in strengthening the cultural identity and learning motivation of MTs Nurul Iman students. The research recommends the need for adequate education policy support, special training for teachers, and improvements to the physical facilities of the site to optimize the use of local historical heritage. The integration of historical sites into the formal curriculum is also suggested as a strategic step in improving the quality of history learning in Indonesia as a whole.

Abstract

Digital transformation in accounting practices demands high efficiency in processing transaction data from physical documents to digital systems. This study explores the implementation of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology using the Google Cloud Vision API integrated with the Telegram Bot platform for free automation of accounting data input. The main problems faced by micro and small enterprises (MSMEs) are the high cost of automated accounting software and the complexity of manual input that is prone to human error. The methodology used is the development of a serverless- based system that connects the Telegram interface as a document scanner with Google's machine vision for text extraction. The results show that this integration is capable of extracting data from receipts and invoices with an accuracy level above 90% under normal lighting conditions. In conclusion, the use of free tools and cloud-based infrastructure can democratize advanced accounting technology for small economic actors, reduce administrative workloads, and increase the validity of financial reports.

Abstract

Queuing problems in modern systems are increasingly complex due to the emergence of high variability in customer arrival patterns and service capacity. This study examines the phenomenon of queues with heterogeneous arrival and service processes, where the assumptions of Poisson distribution and standard exponential service times are no longer sufficient to describe the system reality. Using a stochastic modeling approach, this study analyzes how heterogeneity in customer characteristics and differences in server performance affect system performance metrics such as average waiting time and queue length. The methodology used involves discrete-time and continuous-time Markov chain analysis to model workload fluctuations. The results show that ignoring heterogeneity factors often leads to inaccurate capacity estimates, which lead to operational inefficiencies. This study recommends dynamic resource allocation strategies and adaptive prioritization policies to mitigate the negative impacts of system variability.
