Teenagers or "adolescence" (English), comes from the Latin "adolescere" which means growing towards maturity. The maturity in question is not only physical maturity, but also social and psychological maturity. The sample size in this study was obtained through stratified random sampling and after that it was carried out again with the simple random sampling formula. Based on the results of the study, it was found that out of 84 respondents, 40 respondents (47.6%) had good knowledge, 41 respondents (48%) had sufficient knowledge, and 3 respondents (3.5%) had insufficient knowledge. Getting information sources from media (electronic, print) as many as 50 respondents (59.5%), from health workers as many as 25 respondents (29.8%), and from friends as many as 9 respondents (10.7%). It turns out that teenagers who have sufficient knowledge are more than those who have good and less knowledge, due to the lack of information obtained by teenagers. It is hoped that teenagers will be more active in seeking information about reproductive health.
