Abstract

The optimal utilization of fishery resources represents a strategic opportunity to improve the economic well-being of coastal communities. Bandar Negeri Village, located in Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung Regency, holds significant potential in milkfish processing. However, its use has so far been limited to fresh or minimally processed products. This community service activity aims to enhance local residents' skills in processing milkfish into value-added products, namely tofu meatball topping (TOBATO) and fish floss, to increase product value and create new business opportunities. The method used is the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which focuses on strengthening community capacity through hands-on training and continuous mentoring. The results of the activity show improved participants' skills in milkfish processing, which led to increased product sales value and household income. In the long term, this program is expected to strengthen the village's economic independence and promote the sustainable use of fishery resources.

Abstract

Pengelasan titik adalah proses pengelasan dengan elektroda menjepit dua pelat yang disambung, kemudian arus listrik yang dibangkitkan dari trafo dialirkan. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan rancang bangun mesin las titik portabel menggunakan transformator. Penelitian ini diawali dari tahap penentuan ukuran, selanjutnya pembuatan gambar kerja, penentuan rangkaian kelistrikan, pembuatan alat dan terakhir pengujian alat. Kemudian menghitung panas pada daerah las. Mesin las titik portabel yang dibuat dengan ukuran 650 mm × 175 mm ´ 140 mm, dan panas yang dihasilkan pada saat pengelasan selama 5, 10 dan 15 detik adalah 5.538, 11.076 dan 16.654,94 Joule. Dari hasil pengujian diketahui alat dapat berfungsi dengan baik.
