Posbindu is an effort in community resources based on the ideas of the community needs, especially for the elderly. The main function and task of Posbindu is to counsel the elderly so they can still do their activities appropriate to their age, and be productive and independent as long as possible. And make referral efforts for those in need. The benefits of Posbindu (Non-Communicable Diseases Integrated Counseling Post) for the community are the risk factors of non-communicable diseases can be prevented, and the people who suffer from non-communicable diseases can avoid the complications, disabilities, and premature death and for improving the quality of life. Objective Aim to evaluate the non-communicable diseases integrated counseling post program (Posbindu PTM) at the workplace of Puskesmas Bajeng (Bajeng Health Center) subdistrict of Bajeng, district of Gowa. Method This research used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Informant selection as many as 5 people consisting of 4 ASN (Civil Service) and 1 non-ASN (Non-civil Service) by using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection by using in-depth interviews and observations. Data validity by using the triangulation method and source triangulation. Result (1) On the input indicators, There was an availability of human resources, financial resources, and completeness of facilities and infrastructure. (2) On the process indicators, There was an obstacle to the program implementation, cadre expectations for improving knowledge, and strategies in resolving problems on Posbindu (Non-Communicable Diseases Integrated Counseling Post). Besides that, the recording and reporting process using the ASIK Application online. (3). On the output indicators, there was an increase in community participation towards the Posbindu Program (Non- Communicable Diseases Integrated Counseling Post).
