Abstract

ABSTRACT Hadith learning is an important aspect of Islamic education, where hadith is the second source of law after the Qur'an. Hadith students need a deep understanding of hadith to form a solid scientific foundation. In the era of information technology, hadith learning methods have undergone a transformation, with digital applications such as جامع الكتب التسعة providing easy access to the compilation of the nine main hadith books. This application makes it easier for students to find, study, and study hadiths. STDI Imam Syafi'i Jember has a Hadith Science Study Program which aims to produce professional scholars in Islamic turats. The purpose of this study is to analyze the procedure for use, advantages, disadvantages, and application of جامع الكتب التسعة in learning hadith among students of the Hadith Science Study Program STDIIS Jember. This study uses a qualitative method approach with the type of case study research. The results of this study show that: (1) The use of the جامع الكتب التسعة application by following the procedure will facilitate access to hadith searches. (2) The application of جامع الكتب التسعة in learning hadith includes several advantages and disadvantages. (3) Overall, this application is useful in improving the understanding of hadith of female students of the Hadith Science Study Program of STDI Imam Syafi'i Jember, and this research provides recommendations for the development of more effective and efficient learning methods in the future. Keywords: جامع الكتب التسعة application; hadith learning. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran hadis merupakan aspek penting dalam pendidikan Islam, di mana hadis menjadi sumber hukum kedua setelah Al-Qur'an. Mahasiswa ilmu hadis membutuhkan pemahaman yang mendalam terhadap hadis untuk membentuk landasan keilmuan yang kokoh. Dalam era teknologi informasi, metode pembelajaran hadis telah mengalami transformasi, dengan aplikasi digital seperti جامع الكتب التسعة yang menyediakan akses mudah ke kompilasi sembilan kitab hadis utama. Aplikasi ini memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mencari, menelaah, dan mempelajari hadis. STDI Imam Syafi’i Jember mempunyai Program Studi Ilmu Hadits yang bertujuan menghasilkan sarjana profesional dalam turats Islami. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis prosedur penggunaan, kelebihan, kekurangan, dan penerapan aplikasi جامع الكتب التسعة dalam pembelajaran hadis di kalangan mahasiswi Prodi Ilmu Hadits STDIIS Jember. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penggunaan aplikasi جامع الكتب التسعة dengan mengikuti prosedur akan mempermudah akses pencarian hadis. (2) Penerapan aplikasi جامع الكتب التسعة dalam pembelajaran hadis mencakup beberapa kelebihan dan kekurangan. (3) Aplikasi ini bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan pemahaman hadis mahasiswi Prodi Ilmu Hadits STDI Imam Syafi’i Jember, serta penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan metode pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien pada masa depan. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of work-family conflict and work exhaustion on turnover intention mediated by work stress in employees of PT Firad Mandiri in Sorowako, East Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi Province. This research approach uses quantitative-explanatory. Data collection methods are in the form of questionnaires, interviews and documentation, with the types of data namely primary data from the results of filling out questionnaires distributed to all data providers from respondents and secondary data obtained from the Human Resources Development section of PT Firad Mandiri with predetermined criteria. The results of the study show that work-family conflict and work exhaustion have a significant effect on turnover intention, work-family conflict and work exhaustion have a significant effect on work stress, work stress has no significant effect on turnover intention, work stress has no effect in mediating the relationship between work-family conflict on turnover intention, and work stress have no effect in mediating the relationship between work exhaustion and turnover intention.
