Abstract

Inventory of goods is one of the important components in a company. Problems occur in the management of companies that still use a manual system, so that companies have difficulty determining the stock of updated goods, recaping incoming and outgoing goods, and making routine reports. This will affect the next inventory planning and the company makes inventory with estimated needs or when goods run out without being known. To overcome this problem, an application is needed that can manage the company's inventory of goods. This study uses object-oriented methods and prototyping models. Accompanied by an inventory planning calculation model using the Economic Order Quantity model. In its design, it uses a unified modelling language, encoded with the PHP programming language, and tests are carried out with black-box testing. Inventory control applications built on the web by implementing Economic Order Quantity as inventory planning can run well, so that companies can use them to overcome inventory management and planning problems.

Abstract

Inventory of goods is one of the supports in meeting the survival of a company. One of them is in business units related to the health sector, namely pharmacies and drug stores. One of them is Toko Herbal 99, which is a drug store that sells various herbal products. Many problems were found at the drugstore, among others, transaction documentation that had not been computerized and goods inspections were still carried out manually and resulting in frequently missed conditions of out-of-stock items or vacancies without being quickly identified. The min-max method is one method that can be used to solve this problem by making good inventory planning. By determining the minimum and maximum points for the number of items and making notifications or reminders for the warehouse admin, this method will be able to improve the performance of the herbal medicine shop 99 which has been a problem. This model is supported by a Desktop-based inventory control application design. With the application of the min-max method on the inventory control application, it is expected to make it easier to manage stock items and minimize the occurrence of stock shortages.

Abstract

In order to improve services to the use of operating services in this case the work of Building Maintenance and Installation or widely known as the Cleaning Service work. PT. Haleyora Powerindo always asks service users to be able to provide performance appraisals that have been determined by the institution for every employee in the service user company. However, the company is currently experiencing problems related to the performance appraisal, because the appraisal is still using the manual method where the branch head has difficulty giving an assessment of employees as evaluation material. In this study the authors will make applications that are expected to provide solutions to these problems. The application design needed by the company, especially for each Branch Unit as an evaluation material, is currently an application that can help support decision making. One method that can be used in this performance appraisal system is the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. The results of the SAW calculations are suitable in making a decision to solve the problem of calculating the results of employee performance appraisals. This performance appraisal application can generate performance reports as decision makers automatically.
