Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of VII class sttudent the subjects of Pancasila and Citizenship Education through the application of the Learning Cycle 7e learning model in a Peer Learning setting. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). In this research, it was carried out in two cycles and consisted of several stages, namely introduction or planning, action implementation, observation and reflection. The material used in this research is about cooperation in various fields of life. The subjects in this research were class VII students consisting of 28 students. Data collection techniques include tests, observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research are that by implementing the Learning Cycle 7e learning model in the Peer Learning setting, it can improve student learning outcomes starting from pre-action, cycle I and cycle II. In the pre-action, the average value of learning outcomes was 62.2, then in cycle I there was an increase in the average value of learning outcomes to 82.4 and in cycle II there was an increase in learning outcomes of 93.6. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the Learning Cycle 7e learning model setting Peer Learning can improve learning outcomes in Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects on cooperation material in various areas of life in Class VII MTs.

Abstract

The harshness of the war on narcotics ironically did not bring significant improvements to reduce the number of illicit drug trafficking or the level of drug use or abuse. In addition, the war on narcotics also caused law enforcement efforts in narcotics cases to be far from compliance with fair trial norms. The problems raised from this study regarding the factors causing police officers to commit entrapment, Engineering and Deceptive Techniques which ended in giving false testimony (Testilying) in Court in narcotics cases, how the Supreme Court Judge's decision is reviewed from moral principles. The type of research used is pure normative legal research, namely research that focuses on studying secondary legal materials and then analyzed using the logic of legal science. The results of this study are that the three investigative techniques in the form of entrapment, engineering and deceptive techniques are techniques that are not allowed in the Criminal Justice System in Indonesia, because this technique will also end in police testilying. The implementation of this technique occurs due to several factors, including public support for this practice, the high target of arrests by the police in narcotics cases and the performance of the police from the arrest indicator so that the war on drugs becomes the wrong target.

Abstract

This research aims to compile a codification of customary law in the village of Papring where in the future it will also be composed of changes from time to time so that it remains sustainable and becomes a reference for resolving criminal cases that fulfills a sense of justice for the Papring residents themselves. This research approach uses a normative approach and an empirical approach. This normative approach is carried out within the framework of understanding the material law of customary criminal law which is spread across various research results, models for resolving customary criminal cases in Papring village, doctrine and comparisons of other customary criminal laws in Indonesia. Meanwhile, an empirical approach was used to find out the extent of the use of customary criminal law in Papring village and the existence of new rules that have developed and apply both materially and formally. The results of this research are: Criminal cases of entering someone else's house without permission and fraud cases will be subject to fines and compensation from the victim to the perpetrator. This settlement contains the principle of a win-win solution and achieves the highest justice and justice is carried out quickly, simply and at low cost.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the learning styles (visual, auditory, kinesthetic) of class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 2 Taruna Bhayangkara. This research is a type of descriptive research. The collection of data used in this study is to use the main data in the form of a learning style questionnaire. The population in this study were all 30 students of class X with different levels of academic ability. Data analysis in this study used quantitative analysis techniques. The results showed that as a whole the learning styles most commonly possessed by class X IPS 2 students of SMA Negeri 2 Taruna Bhayangkara, especially in the sub-indicator of students with the visual type with a percentage of 37.36%, students with the auditive type with a percentage of 28.06% and students with the kinesthetic type with a percentage of 32.35%. Based on the results of data processing that has been done, it can be concluded that the learning style of class X IPS 2 students of SMA Negeri 2 Taruna Bhayangkara is dominated by the visual type learning style with a percentage of 37.36%.
