Abstract

Abstract: Public knowledge of the values contained in marriage is still very lacking, they still think that personal problems do not require government/state intervention. There is parental concern about their children who have been closely associated with their prospective husband/wife, so that it is feared that negative things will happen that are not desired, then they are married secretly and not registered at the religious affairs office (KUA). There is no permission from the wife and the religious court for people who intend to marry more than one person. There is excessive parental concern about their child's match, because their child is immediately married because with a hope that at some point if they have reached the specified age limit, then the new marriage will be carried out in accordance with the provisions that have been set.Keywords: Negative, Secret Marriage, Legal Consequences.

Abstract

Abstract: Corruption in Indonesia is an extraordinary crime that has a systemic impact on social, economic and political life. Although Article 2 paragraph (2) of Law Number 20 Year 2001 provides the legal basis to impose death penalty to the perpetrators of corruption in certain circumstances, until now there has been no real implementation of the provision. This research uses a normative legal approach with a descriptive-analytical method to examine the effectiveness of the death penalty in eradicating corruption and its implications for human rights. The results of the study show that the death penalty is considered to be able to provide a deterrent effect, but its application in the Indonesian legal system is still filled with juridical, moral, and practical obstacles. On the other hand, the application of death penalty has the potential to conflict with the principle of right to life guaranteed by the constitution and international law. Therefore, corruption eradication needs to be carried out through a more comprehensive approach, including bureaucratic reform, anti-corruption education, and law enforcement that is fair and consistent, not just the death penalty.Keywords: Death Penalty, Corruption, Legal Effectiveness, Human Rights, Bureaucratic Reforms

Abstract

Penelitian ini di latarbelakangi oleh masalah yang dihadapi bagian tata usaha dalam melakukan pencatatan pembayaran SPP per bulan masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga pihak sekolah seringkali kehilangan bukti-bukti pembayaran yang telah dicatat. Kemudian dalam membuat laporan rekapitulasi pembayaran dapat menghabiskan waktu terutama untuk menentukan sebuah keputusan seperti siapa saja yang belum melakukan pembayaran. Solusi yang diberikan adalah membuat dan merancang aplikasi pembayaran biaya operasional pendidikan berbasis situs, karena dapat meminimalisir kesalahan pencatatan transaksi dan pembuatan laporan yang mungkin terjadi jika dilakukan secara manual. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba aplikasi ini dapat mengatasi dan mengurangi permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses pembayaran biaya operasional pendidikan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga memudahkan bagian tata usaha bila mana ada murid yang telat membayar SPP sistem otomatis akan mengirim notifikasi berupa pesan ataupun email kepada orang tua wali.
