Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of workload, work stress, and compensation on the job performance of field employees in an energy distribution company. This research uses a quantitative approach with a total sampling method, in which the entire population of 102 field employees is used as respondents. Data were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed with the help of the SPSS program. The analysis was carried out through validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression to examine the influence of each variable on job performance. The results of the study show that: 1) Workload has a positive and significant effect on employee job performance; 2) Work stress has a positive and significant effect on job performance; and 3) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job performance. Simultaneously, workload, work stress, and compensation significantly influence the job performance of field employees.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance with achievement motivation as a mediating variable at PT Gracia Kreasi Rotan Unit 1 Cirebon. The research approach used is quantitative with a causal associative design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to production employees and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results of the study indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In addition, transformational leadership has also been shown to have a positive effect on employee achievement motivation. Achievement motivation, in turn, has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Other findings reveal that achievement motivation plays a significant mediating variable in the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. These findings indicate that employee performance improvement is not only determined by leadership style, but also by employees' internal drive to achieve. This study provides practical implications for company management in designing transformational leadership strategies that are able to foster achievement motivation so that employee performance can improve sustainably.

Abstract

The research investigates how job satisfaction functions as an intermediary in the relationship between work–life balance and employees’ intention to leave, focusing on sales staff at FIFGROUP in Cirebon. A quantitative method with an associative framework was applied. The sample consisted of 109 participants selected through purposive sampling, with the size determined using the Slovin formula. Data collection was conducted באמצעות a structured questionnaire using a Likert scale, and the analysis employed SEM-PLS techniques. The findings indicate that a better work–life balance contributes positively to higher levels of job satisfaction, while simultaneously decreasing the likelihood of turnover intention. In addition, job satisfaction itself is found to reduce employees’ intention to resign and plays a mediating role in the relationship between the two variables. Overall, the study highlights that organizational efforts to improve work–life balance.
