<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah Perseroan Terbatas Perorangan dapat memiliki Beneficial Ownership dan bentuk tanggung jawab hukum Perseroan Terbatas Perorangan terhadap prinsip mengenali Beneficial Ownership. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Makassar pada salah satu Perseroan Terbatas Perorangan yaitu PT Kunci Enterpreneuer Makassar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini adalah metode normatif empiris, sumber data primer pada penelitian ini berasal dari hasil wawancara, dan sumber data sekunder berasal dari studi kepustakaan, adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penulisan skripsi ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perseroan Terbatas Perorangan wajib memiliki Beneficial Ownership, di mana pemilik berfungsi sebagai pemilik manfaat yang harus diidentifikasi dan dilaporkan sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku, meliputi identifikasi pemilik manfaat dan verifikasi pemilik manfaat. Perseroan Terbatas Perorangan bertanggung jawab secara hukum untuk mengungkapkan Beneficial Ownership guna memastikan transparansi, dan kegagalan melakukannya dapat berakibat sanksi administratif atau pidana. This research aims to analyze the Individual Limited Liability Company can have Beneficial Ownership and the form of legal responsibility of the Individual Limited Liability Company on the principle of recognizing Beneficial Ownership. This research was conducted in Makassar City at one of the Individual Limited Liability Companies, namely PT Kunci Enterpreneuer Makassar. The method used in writing this thesis is empirical normative method, the primary data source in this research comes from the results of interviews as well as observation results, and secondary data sources come from literature studies, while the data analysis method used in writing this thesis is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that Individual Limited Liability Companies must have Beneficial Ownership, where the sole owner functions as a beneficial owner who must be identified and reported in accordance with applicable regulations, including identification of beneficial owners and verification of beneficial owners. Individual Limited Liability Companies are legally responsible for disclosing Beneficial Ownership to ensure transparency, and failure to do so may result in administrative or criminal sanctions.]]>
