<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is the purpose of conducting this study is to improve speaking skills in grade IV students of SDN 2 Bulango Timur, Bone Bolango Regency. The techniques used in data collection are observation techniques, documentation and oral tests of speaking skills. This study uses the type of classroom action research (CAR). With the research subjects of grade IV SDN 2 Bulango Timur as many as 14 students. The results of the study showed that from the initial observation, out of 14 students who were able to speak, only 3 students or 21% were able to speak. In cycle I, the first meeting, there were 5 students with a percentage of 36% of students who were able to speak, and 9 students who were not able to speak with a percentage of 64%. In cycle I, the second meeting, there were 7 students with a percentage of 50% who were able to speak, and 7 students who were not able to speak with a percentage of 50%. In cycle II, the first meeting, there were 10 students with a percentage of 71% of students who were able to speak and 4 students who were not able to speak with a percentage of 29%. In cycle II, the second meeting, there were 12 with a percentage of 86% of students who were able to speak and 2 students who were less able with a percentage of 14%. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that through the use of learning videos, speaking skills can be improved in grade IV students of SDN 2 Bulango Timur, Bone Bolango Regency. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah tujuan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara pada siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Bulango Timur Kabupaten Bone Bolango. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik observasi, dokumentasi dan tes lisan kemampuan berbicara. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Dengan subyek penelitian kelas IV SDN 2 Bulango Timur sebanyak 14 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pada observasi awal bahwa dari 14 siswa mampu dalam berbicara hanya 3 orang siswa atau 21%. Pada siklus I pertemuan pertama berjumlah 5 siswa dengan persentase 36% siswa yang mampu dalam dalam berbicara, dan yang tidak mampu 9 siswa dengan persentase 64%. Pada siklus I pertemuan kedua berjumlah 7 siswa dengan persentase 50% yang mampu dalam berbicara, dan yang tidak mampu 7 siswa dengan persentase 50%. Pada siklus II pertemuan pertama berjumlah 10 siswa dengan persentase 71% siswa yang mampu berbicara dan siswa yang tidak mampu berjumlah 4 siswa dengan persentase 29%. Pada siklu II pertemuan kedua berjumlah 12 dengan persentase 86% siswa yang mampu berbicara dan siswa yang kurang mampu berjumlah 2 siswa dengan persentase 14%.
