Abstract

The study explores the impact of work culture for remuneration. Correlational research design was adapted to work culture and remuneration of support staff. Data was obtained from a sample of 254 non-teaching staff that were randomly selected from twenty one units working of the Universitas Negeri Gorontalo. Seventy two non-teaching staff schools were identified using stratified random sampling and purposive sampling methods using the Slovin formula. Data collection instruments such as questionnaires, observation, interview and documentation were administered. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential analyses. The findings indicate that work culture contributes to remuneration significantly (p < 0.05) with the percentage of 18.44%. the better the quality of remuneration education staff.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung budaya kerja terhadap remunerasi tenaga kependidikan. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Universitas Negeri Gorontalo dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 254 orang, sedangkan Perhitungan besaran sampel (sample size) dilakukan dengan menggunakan formula yang dikemukakan oleh Slovin yaitu berjumlah 72 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu angket, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis inferensial. . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh remunerasi terhadap budaya kerja tenaga kependidikan sebesar 18,44%, maka budaya kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap penerimaan remunerasi tenaga kependidikan.

Abstract

Era revolusi industri 4.0 merupakan tantangan sekaligus peluang bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam mewujudkan pendidikan terbaik buat siswa-siswinya serta merupakan syarat maju dan berkembang lembaga pendidikan harus memiliki daya inovasi, dan dapat berkolaborasi. Di era Revolusi Industri 4.0, sistem pendidikan diharapkan dapat mewujudkan perserta didik memiliki keterampilan yang mampu berfikir kritis dan memecahkan masalah, kreatif dan inovatif serta ketrampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi. Juga keterampilan mencari, mengelola dan menyampaikan. Era revolusi industry 4.0 ini membawa kehidupan baru bagi guru dan siswa dalam menghadapi berbagai tantangan pendidikan. Salah satu tantangan yang harus dihadapi oleh guru adalah penguasaan model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan cara berpikir kritisnya siswa. Model pembelajaran merupakan suatu kerangka konseptual yang melukiskan prosedur secara sistematis dalam mengorganisasikan pengalaman belajar untuk mencapai tujuan belajar tertentu dan berfungsi sebagai pedoman bagi para perancang pembelajaran dan para pengajar dalam merencanakan dan melaksanakan aktivitas pembelajaran. Salah satu model pembelajaran yang dimaksud adalah model pembelajaran Mordiscvein, dimana model ini dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam kesulitan belajar maupun mengajar di lembaga pendidikan khususnya sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of the Contextual teaching and learning model on science learning for disabled children. The learning devices use the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) approach and the PBI (Problem Based Instruction) learning model for disabled children in class X SMA which consists of the syllabus , RPP, LKPD, teaching materials and competency assessment. This research is a type of research and development using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 stages, namely the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. This study uses data collection consisting of expert validation, observation, interviews and tests. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the learning tools that had been developed met the appropriate criteria and could be used with minor revisions. Decent learning tools were obtained from validation results by 3 validators who were test lecturers, while the effectiveness of the devices was obtained from several indicators, namely learning implementation with an average of 93.93%, student activity with an average of 86.9%. As well as positive responses from teachers and students obtained by interview.

Abstract

Pembelajaran di abad 21 ini memiliki perbedaan dengan pembelajaran di masa yang lalu. Dahulu, pembelajaran dilakukan tanpa memperhatikan standar, sedangkan kini memerlukan standar sebagai acuan untuk mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Melalui standar yang telah ditetapkan, guru mempunyai pedoman yang pasti tentang apa yang diajarkan dan yang hendak dicapai. Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah merubah gaya hidup manusia, baik dalam bekerja, bersosialisasi, bermain maupun belajar. Untuk mengembangkan pembelajaran abad 21, guru harus memulai satu langkah perubahan yaitu merubah pola pembelajaran tradisional yakni pembelajaran yang berpusat pada guru (teacher centered) menjadi pola pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa (student centered). Diantara model-model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan 4c (Critical Thinking and Problem Solving (berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah), Communication (komunikasi), Collaboration (Kolaborasi), Creativity and Inovation (kreativitas dan inovasi) siswa adalah model pembelajaran Mordiscvein. Selain nodel pembelajaran yang diterapkan di sekolah dasar, diharapkan siswa sekolah dasar memiliki kretivitas yang harus dikembangkan. Kreativitas yang dimaksud dalam kegiatan ini adalah kreativitas masyarakat Dudewulo dalam mengolah sampah terutama sampah yang masih bisa didaur ulang kembali menjadi benda yang bermanfaat dan benilai uang dalam tujuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the level of practicality of the OPthree model teaching module assisted by google site based on Pancasila student profiles to practice students' scientific literacy skills in physics subjects. This research was carried out at SMA Muhammadiyah Batudaa, using class XI-A research samples and simple random sampling. This type of research is included in the Research and Development (R&D) type of research by adopting the ADDIE development model. Test the level of practicality is carried out at the implementation stage. The results of the research show that the average percentage of implementation of learning carried out during three meetings using the OPthree model teaching module assisted by google site reached 100% with very good criteria. Then, (91%) students responded positively to learning that used the OPthree model teaching module with the assist of google site. So, it can be concluded that learning that uses the OPthree model teaching module assisted by google site is based on Pancasila student profiles to practice students' practical scientific literacy skills to be applied in the physics learning process.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the effect of peer tutoring methods assisted by educational games on the mathematics learning outcomes of students in Grade III at SDN 11 Kabila. This research used a quantitative approach with a Pre- Experimental Design method of the One Group Pre-test Post-test Design type. The independent variable in this study was the peer tutoring method assisted by the Bamboozle educational game, and the dependent variable was the learning outcomes. Additionally, the hypothesis testing in this study used the t-test. Based on the conducted hypothesis test, it was found that the t eprr = 9.818 >= dhc t cot Ac of 2.100, with the criterion that if the calculated t cont is smaller H_{0} is confirmed and H_{1} is rejected. It can also be seen based on the significant value of 0 <= 0.05 with the criterion that if the significant value is smaller than 0.05, then H_{0} is rejected and H_{1} is confirmed. From the two criteria above, it can be concluded that H_{0} is rejected and H_{1} is confirmed, which means there is an effect of the peer tutoring method assisted by the Bamboozle educational game on the learning outcomes of students in Grade III at SDN 11 Kabila.

Abstract

The lack of public interest in reading, whether students, workers or non-workers, shows that the reading culture in Indonesia is still very lacking. This research aims to explore and analyze the effectiveness of the Literacy Lodge movement in improving the culture of reading literacy among the community. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observation, questionnaires and document analysis. The research results show that the Literacy Lodge has succeeded in increasing participants' interest in reading, expanding access to reading materials, and creating an environment that supports literacy activities. The structured and interactive activities at the Literacy Lodge build an active and vibrant community of readers, significantly positively impacting individual and group reading habits. It is hoped that these findings will provide insight into the development of similar literacy movements in various regions and support efforts to improve literacy culture in general.

Abstract

The problem studied in this study, "Can Wordwall Media improve the ability to read texts in grade III students of SDN No. 10 Kota Barat?". This study was conducted with the aim of improving the ability to read texts through Wordwall media in grade III students of SDN No. 10 Kota Barat. The research method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) using observation, interview, test and documentation data collection techniques with research subjects, namely 32 grade III students at SDN No. 10 Kota Barat, Gorontalo City. In the initial observation of 32 students, only 4 students (12%) had the ability to read texts. Improvement was carried out by implementing class actions in cycle I as many as two meetings and cycle II as many as two meetings. In cycle I, meeting II, only 4 students (12%) improved. In cycle I, meeting II, there were (25%) or 8 students who improved. Continued in cycle II, meeting I, reading ability increased to 18 students or as many as (56%). Finally, in cycle II, meeting II, there was a significant increase to 27 students or as many as (84%) in the ability to read texts. The results of this study indicate that the use of Wordwall media can improve the ability to read texts of grade III students of SDN No. 10 Kota Barat. ABSTRAKMasalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini, “Apakah melalui Media Wordwall dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca teks pada siswa kelas III SDN No. 10 Kota Barat?”. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membaca teks melalui media Wordwall pada siswa kelas III SDN No. 10 Kota Barat. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas III sebanyak 32 orang di SDN No. 10 Kota Barat Kota Gorontalo. Pada observasi awal dari 32 siswa hanya sebanyak 4 siswa (12%) yang memiliki kemampuan dalam membaca teks. Peningkatan dilakukan dengan pelaksanaan tindakan kelas siklus I sebanyak dua kali pertemuan dan siklus II sebanyak dua kali pertemuan. Pertemuan I siklus I dari 32 orang siswa hanya sebanyak 4 orang (12%) yang meningkat. Pada siklus I Pertemuan II sudah (25%) atau 8 orang siswa yang mengalami peningkatan. Dilanjutkan pada siklus II Pertemuan I kemampuan membaca meningkat menjadi 18 siswa atau sebanyak (56%). Terakhir pada siklus II Pertemuan II mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan menjadi 27 orang siswa atau sebanyak (84%) dalam kemampuan membaca teks. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Wordwall dapat meningkatkan kemampuan membaca teks siswa kelas III SDN No. 10 Kota Barat.

Abstract

This study analyzes the role of school culture in building students' religious character at the Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Lukmanul Hakim Limboto, Gorontalo Regency, and the values, traditions, and activities implemented at SDIT Lukmanul Hakim Limboto that support the formation of students' religious character. Through an ethnographic approach, this study collected data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that worship activities such as congregational prayer, tilawah, and Islamic Personal Development (BPI) learning serve as a foundation in instilling religious values. In addition, parental involvement is very important in supporting the process of educating children's religious character. The school also holds religious programs and social activities that involve students, creating a sense of concern for the community. Although challenges such as the influence of social media arise, the school is committed to educating students about the wise use of technology. This study concludes that school culture not only functions as a guideline for behavior, but also forms students' religious and social identities. Thus, SDIT Lukmanul Hakim plays an important role in creating a generation that has a strong character and is ready to face challenges in a diverse society.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is the initial learning conditions by using bilingual picture storybooks at SDN (State Elementary School) 2 Limboto Barat, how to develop bilingual picture storybooks for grade IV students of SDN 2 Limboto Barat, and the feasibility of bilingual picture storybooks for grade IV students of SDN 2 Limboto Barat. This research aims to describe the initial learning conditions using bilingual picture storybooks at SDN 2 Limboto Barat, develop bilingual picture storybooks for grade IV students of SDN 2 Limboto Barat, and describe the feasibility of bilingual picture storybooks for grade IV students of SDN 2 Limboto Barat. The method used is a development research method that uses the Thiagarajan (1974) model design, the 4D model, which consists of 4 stages: defining, designing, developing, and disseminating. The research findings demonstrated that the development of bilingual picture storybooks based on media expert validation obtained a percentage of 96% (very feasible), linguist validation obtained a percentage of 88% (very feasible), practitioner expert validation in terms of language and media obtained a percentage of 100% (very feasible). This validation obtained an average percentage of 96% (very feasible). Based on the findings, it can be concluded that the development of bilingual picture storybooks is very feasible to use in the learning process.
