Abstract

Biogas is an innovation that is already known among livestock farmers. Urutsewu Village uses biogas in an effort to meet energy needs derived from cow dung, chicken dung, tofu liquid waste, and kitchen waste. The purpose of this study was to analyze the perceptions of biogas users towards the installation, economic impact, environmental impact, and social impact of biogas installation in Urutsewu Village. This research was a descriptive research with data collection conducted through direct interviews with biogas users. The source of information data was obtained from 48 respondents consisting of households that own biogas digesters and households that use non-owners of biogas digesters. The results of the study showed that 67% of biogas users knew about biogas before using it and 33% after using biogas. Respondents tended to say that biogas technology is easy to implement, easy and simple maintenance. The perception of biogas users regarding environmental impacts is that biogas technology can reduce pollution, reduce sources of disease and improve environmental quality. Biogas technology can relatively save fuel costs and is cheaper than other fuels but is not sufficient as cooking fuel. The community agrees to process waste into biogas and supports the government in biogas processing

Abstract

When producing a perfect product, design process namely 2D modeling and 3D drawing, are closely related. The purpose of this study is to design a 3D model of a gun mastering machine product as a fan drive using CAD applications. The method of this study is decision data on API production (analytical product inspection). Measurement of sterling machine degradation using CPK (deviation) received results of -0.97, -0.22, 0.86, 0.11, 0.11 between zero and what indicates this specification. On average, the results of the stirling fluid fluorescent agent measurement are red numbers indicating that the survey dimensions are absent, especially from the basic dimensions of point 4, with samples 2, 3, and 5 exceeding the specified tolerance limits.

Abstract

In the implementation of a project, three main aspects are indicators of the success of the project: cost, schedule, and quality. If the cost and time of project implementation are in accordance with the planning and quality requirements, then the project can be said to be successful. Time plays a significant role in construction management projects, where time is also a management function. With good and proper time control, obstacles to delays in project implementation can be avoided as much as possible. The purpose of this study was to determine the cause of the achievement or deviation of work between the realization in the field and the planned time schedule for the procurement of a pedestal crane unit for a new platform in the operational area of ​​ block-B-Natuna.

Abstract

Transformator merupakan komponen penting dalam sistem kelistrikan, namun proses pembuatan transformator secara manual masih memiliki keterbatasan dari sisi efisiensi dan akurasi jumlah lilitan. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun mesin penggulung lilitan kawat transformator otomatis berbasis Arduino Uno dengan kontrol motor stepper melalui driver L298N, serta antarmuka LCD 16x2 untuk menampilkan jumlah lilitan. Sistem ini dilengkapi push button sebagai penentu jumlah lilitan dan potensiometer untuk mengatur kecepatan putaran motor. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa mesin ini mampu bekerja dengan tingkat presisi tinggi, dengan selisih jumlah lilitan hanya 1–3 lilitan pada setiap pengulangan dan perbedaan kecepatan motor stepper sebesar 2–3 RPM. Dengan demikian, mesin ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi transformator serta mengurangi potensi kesalahan manual. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambahkan mekanisme penggerak kawat otomatis agar distribusi lilitan lebih merata.

Abstract

Penggunaan Unit AC sudah puluhan tahun digunakan dan semakin banyak dimanfaatkan di Indonesia untuk mensiasati kondisi udara yang panas dengan kelembaban relatif tinggi untuk mendapatkan kenyamanan udara. Yang jadi pertanyaan terlepas dari merk unit AC, teknologi AC Inverter yang banyak ditawarkan pramuniaga di berbagai tempat termasuk pasar modern sebagai AC hemat energi sehingga juga makin banyak dibeli dan digunakan terutama di kota-kota apakah memang memberikan dampak operasional yang hemat ? Hasil suatu pengujian lapangan dengan pengukuran sesaat menggunakan alat ukur berupa manifold gauge dan tang amper terhadap AC Inverter berkapasitas 1 PK faktanya menunjukkan kerja amper yang bahkan lebih tinggi dari amper nominal yang dituliskan pada nameplate-nya. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan AC hemat energi tidak selalu sejalan dengan sebutannya tapi masih dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainnya.
