Abstract

When producing a perfect product, design process namely 2D modeling and 3D drawing, are closely related. The purpose of this study is to design a 3D model of a gun mastering machine product as a fan drive using CAD applications. The method of this study is decision data on API production (analytical product inspection). Measurement of sterling machine degradation using CPK (deviation) received results of -0.97, -0.22, 0.86, 0.11, 0.11 between zero and what indicates this specification. On average, the results of the stirling fluid fluorescent agent measurement are red numbers indicating that the survey dimensions are absent, especially from the basic dimensions of point 4, with samples 2, 3, and 5 exceeding the specified tolerance limits.

Abstract

Transformator merupakan komponen penting dalam sistem kelistrikan, namun proses pembuatan transformator secara manual masih memiliki keterbatasan dari sisi efisiensi dan akurasi jumlah lilitan. Penelitian ini merancang dan membangun mesin penggulung lilitan kawat transformator otomatis berbasis Arduino Uno dengan kontrol motor stepper melalui driver L298N, serta antarmuka LCD 16x2 untuk menampilkan jumlah lilitan. Sistem ini dilengkapi push button sebagai penentu jumlah lilitan dan potensiometer untuk mengatur kecepatan putaran motor. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa mesin ini mampu bekerja dengan tingkat presisi tinggi, dengan selisih jumlah lilitan hanya 1–3 lilitan pada setiap pengulangan dan perbedaan kecepatan motor stepper sebesar 2–3 RPM. Dengan demikian, mesin ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi produksi transformator serta mengurangi potensi kesalahan manual. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menambahkan mekanisme penggerak kawat otomatis agar distribusi lilitan lebih merata.

Abstract

Global climate change driven by greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, particularly carbon dioxide (COâ‚‚), has become the greatest challenge of this century. At the same time, the accumulation of plastic waste has emerged as a massive environmental crisis. This paper examines the potential utilization of plastic waste into paving blocks as a carbon mitigation strategy and a waste management solution. This approach not only reduces the volume of plastic waste in the environment but also has the potential to lower the carbon footprint of conventional construction material production and contribute to the circular economy. The analysis involves a comparison of the carbon footprint between plastic-based and conventional paving blocks, as well as an estimation of the carbon mitigation potential at various scales of implementation. The findings indicate that material substitution and the incorporation of plastic into durable products offer significant contributions to emission reduction and foster sustainable development.

Abstract

The utilization of VSD in centralized air conditioning systems has been applied for years for efficiency purposes. However, found in real implementation has not been really applied as its function yet. This paper will present real site implementation of applying VSD on regulating the motor speed of chilled water pump as its function [1] to control the chilled water flow rate [2] go into the evaporator to let the chiller work as correspond on cooling demand at the actual load level and at its necessary power input. By analyzing some related parameters such as temperature, water pressure and amperes measured and observed to be the raw data then they will show the working performance of chiller impact on energy consumed to be evaluated on its efficiency impact. Found the real implementation at this site the VSD does not look like varying the speed of motor pump as usually applied but more by being set at certain frequency such as 32 Hz. Then mostly the chiller cannot be run as high as cooling demand as running at only about 50-60% as lower chilled water flow rate flowing into the evaporator. Other than that it looks efficiency of refrigeration effect on handling the building load is not good enough as mentioned in catalogue/reference with difficulties on reaching the target chilled water leaving temperature.
