Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) terhadap dimensi kinerja pegawai, yang mencakup Kuantitas Kerja, Kualitas Kerja, Ketepatan Waktu, dan Kinerja Pegawai secara keseluruhan di Direktorat Operasi dan Komersial PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear sederhana guna menguji hubungan kausal antara penerapan SOP dan variabel-variabel kinerja yang dimaksud. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SOP berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap seluruh dimensi kinerja pegawai. Peningkatan penerapan SOP berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan Kuantitas Kerja sebesar 178,182 poin, Kualitas Kerja sebesar 85,879 poin, dan Ketepatan Waktu sebesar 76,242 poin. Selain itu, penerapan SOP juga terbukti meningkatkan Kinerja Pegawai secara keseluruhan. Temuan ini memperkuat argumen bahwa SOP berfungsi sebagai pedoman baku dalam pengelolaan kerja yang meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan produktivitas pegawai. Dengan demikian, manajemen perusahaan diharapkan memperkuat implementasi SOP secara konsisten dan menyeluruh guna mendorong kinerja pegawai yang optimal. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam literatur manajemen sumber daya manusia dengan mempertegas pentingnya peran SOP dalam penguatan kualitas kinerja organisasi. This study aims to analyze the influence of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation on employee performance dimensions, including Work Quantity, Work Quality, Timeliness, and Overall Employee Performance at the Directorate of Operations and Commercial, PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim. The research method applied was a quantitative approach using simple linear regression analysis to examine the causal relationship between SOP implementation and the specified performance variables. The results indicate that SOP implementation has a positive and significant effect on all employee performance dimensions. An increase in SOP application contributes to an improvement in Work Quantity by 178.182 points, Work Quality by 85.879 points, and Timeliness by 76.242 points. Furthermore, the implementation of SOP has also been proven to enhance Overall Employee Performance. These findings reinforce the argument that SOP serves as a standardized guideline in work management that enhances employee efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity. Therefore, company management is expected to strengthen the consistent and comprehensive implementation of SOP to promote optimal employee performance. This study contributes to the human resource management literature by emphasizing the essential role of SOP in strengthening organizational performance quality.
