Abstract

Abstak: Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja, Beban Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Kependidikan Universitas Negeri YogyakartaPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh motivasi; (2) pengaruh beban kerja; (3) pengaruh lingkungan kerja; (4) pengaruh motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kependidikan yang sebelumnya menduduki jabatan struktural beralih ke jabatan fungsional penyetaraan UNY. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif kausal, melalui survei kepada pemangku jabatan fungsional di perguruan tinggi UNY. Data dianalisis menggunakan Teknik Analisis Deskriptif, Teknik Analisis Regresi Berganda, untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel X1, X2, X3 terhadap variabel Y baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel independen (Motivasi kerja(X1), Beban kerj(X2), dan Lingkungan kerja (X3)) secara simultan (bersamaan) terhadap Kinerja (Y). Kontribusi penelitian ini memberikan dasar empiris terhadap pengambilan kebijakan pengoptimalan kinerja sumber daya manusia di perguruan tinggi.Kata kunci: Motivasi kerja; beban kerja; lingkungan kerja; kinerja; tenaga kependidikanAbstract: The Influence of Work Motivation, Workload, and Work Environment on the Performance of Educational Staff at Yogyakarta State UniversityThis research aims to determine: (1) the effect of work motivation; (2) the effect of workload; (3) the effect of the work environment; (4) the effect of work motivation, workload, and work environment on the performance of educational staff who previously held structural positions and transitioned to functional positions at UNY. This research was conducted using a causal quantitative approach, through a survey of functional position holders at UNY. ata were analyzed using Descriptive Analysis Techniques and Multiple Regression Analysis Techniques to determine the effect of variables X1, X2, and X3 on variable Y both partially and simultaneously. There is a significant influence of the independent variables (work motivation (X1), workload (X2), and work environment (X3)) simultaneously on performance (Y). The contribution of this research provides an empirical basis for policy-making aimed at optimizing human resource performance in higher education institutions.Keyword: Work motivation; workload; work environment; performance; educational staff

Abstract

This study explores the strategic marketing analysis of ceramic-based Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kampung Keramik Dinoyo, Malang City. It investigates the challenges faced by these MSMEs in product innovation and marketing strategies, emphasizing the implementation of a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. The research highlights the unique strengths such as diverse ceramic designs, local artisans' expertise, rich cultural heritage, and strategic location in Malang City. However, weaknesses such as limited innovation in product design and inadequate promotion have been identified. Opportunities include the potential for local tourism enhancement, growth in the local creative industry, international market potential, and advancements in digital technology. Threats encompass the emergence of new competitors, market demand fluctuations, governmental regulations affecting the working environment, and declining purchasing power. Based on the SWOT analysis results, strategies are proposed to leverage strengths and opportunities while mitigating weaknesses and threats. These strategies include fostering innovation through workshops, enhancing digital marketing efforts, collaborating with local designers, and gaining support from local governments. The findings aim to contribute to the sustainability and competitiveness of ceramic MSMEs in Kampung Keramik Dinoyo, ensuring their economic contributions and cultural heritage preservation.
