<![CDATA[ABSTRACTPatients who undergo hemodialysis for a long period of time make patients unable to do their daily work properly, on the other hand physical ability and work ability decrease so that social support from the family becomes important because social support from the family can make patients more enthusiastic and obedient to undergo hemodialysis therapy regularly. The study aims to determine the effect of social support on the compliance of kidney failure patients to undergo hemodialysis therapy at RSUD Johannes Kupang. This type of research uses a quantitative research method with a cross-sectional approach. The number of research samples was 115 respondents, the instrument used was a questionnaire and the statistical test used was a logistic regression test. The results of the study showed f 0.002 <0.5 meaning that there is an influence of family social support on the compliance of CKD patients to undergo HD therapy at RSUD Johanes Kupang. This finding leads to the conclusion that there is an influence of social support on the compliance of chronic kidney failure patients to undergo hemodialysis therapy. Based on the results of the study, patients who have good social support have a good influence on the success of hemodialysis therapy. This happens because good social support from the family will make the patient feel loved, cared for and cared for, thus increasing the patient's enthusiasm to undergo hemodialysis therapy regularly. The family's willingness to undergo therapy and undergo patient care will feel comfortable and not feel burdened by the disease suffered, thus making them obedient and enjoying the hemodialysis therapy process. There is an influence between emotional support on the compliance of GGK patients to undergo HD therapy at RSUD Johanes Kupang, there is an influence between instrumental support on the compliance of GGK patients to undergo HD therapy at RSUD Johanes Kupang, there is an influence between information support on the compliance of GGK patients to undergo HD therapy at RSUD Johanes Kupang and there is an influence between support for appreciation on the compliance of GGK patients to undergo HD therapy at RSUD Johanes Kupang. Suggestions for RSUD Johanes Kupang hope that officers will improve comprehensive services both physically, socially, psychologically and spiritually to patients in order to motivate patients to be able to increase the compliance of GGK patients to undergo HD therapy. Keywords: Social Support, Compliance, Hemodialysis and Chronic Kidney Failure ABSTRAK Pasien yang menjalani hemodialisis dalam jangka waktu yang lama membuat pasien tidak dapat melakukan pekerjaan sehari-hari dengan baik, disisi lain kemampuan fisik dan kemampuan kerja menurun sehingga dukungan sosial dari keluarga menjadi penting karena dukungan sosial dari keluarga dapat membuat pasien lebih bersemangat dan patuh untuk menjalani terapi hemodialisis dengan teratur. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kepatuhan pasien gagal ginjal untuk menjalani terapi hemodialisis di RSUD Johannes Kupang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan meteode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 115 responden, instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dan Uji statistic yang digunakan adalah uji regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan f 0,002<0,5 artinya ada pengaruh dukungan sosial kelaurga terhadap kepatuhan pasien GGK untuk mejalani terapi HD di RSUD Johanes Kupang. Temuan ini mengarah pada kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh dukungan sosial terhadap kepatuhan pasien gagal ginjal kronis untuk menjalani terapi hemodialysis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pasien yang memiliki dukungan sosial baik memiliki pengaruh baik terhadap keberhasilan terapi hemodialisis. Hal ini terjadi karena dukungan sosial yang baik dari keluarga akan membuat pasien merasa di sayangi, di cintai dan merasa di perdulikan sehingga menambah semangat pasien untuk melakukan terapi hemodialisis dengan rutin. Kesediaan keluarga dalam menjalani terapi serta menjalani perawatan pasien akan merasa nyaman dan tidak merasa terbebani atas penyakit yang diderita sehingga membuat patuh dan menikmati proses terapi hemodialisis. Ada pengaruh antara dukungan emosional terhadap kepatuhan pasien GGK untuk menjalanni terapi HD di RSUD Johanes Kupang, ada pengaruh antara dukungan instrumental terhadap kepatuhan pasien GGK untuk menjalanni terapi HD di RSUD Johanes Kupang, ada pengaruh antara dukungan informasi terhadap kepatuhan pasien GGK untuk menjalanni terapi HD di RSUD Johanes Kupang dan ada pengaruh antara dukungan penghargaan terhadap kepatuhan pasien GGK untuk menjalanni terapi HD di RSUD Johanes Kupang. Saran untuk RSUD Johanes Kupang berharap petugas untuk meningkatkan pelayanan secara komprehensif baik secara fisik, sosial, psikologi maupun spiritual kepada pasien untuk dapat memotivasi paaaaasien agar dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien GGK untuk menjalani terapi HD.
