Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of money politics on people's political participation in the 2019 Legislative Election in Banjar, West Java. The results of this study are expected to provide strategic recommendations that can contribute directly to problem-solving for the KPU in Banjar City in making decisions, especially regarding money politics in Banjar. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach, data collection techniques with literature studies, and field studies with questionnaire instruments. The number of samples was 399 respondents who were part of the Permanent Voters List for the 2019 Banjar Legislative Election using the Proportionate Stratified Sampling technique. The data analysis technique in this research is to use the product moment analysis method. The results of the study show that the condition of money politics (Money Politic) carried out by unscrupulous candidates for the 2019 Banjar City DPRD legislative candidates found that 23% had been offered money or goods; Community political participation in the 2019 Legislative Election in Banjar City was highest based on sociological factors with a figure of 80.5%. The magnitude of the influence of Money Politic on political participation in the 2019 Legislative Election in Banjar City is 4.40%. The practice of money politics has no significant effect on public participation to actively participate in the 2019 Banjar City legislative election, the survey results explain an implementation that if there are legislative candidates who practice money politics to the public/voters, the money is received but does not guarantee that the public chooses the person. the legislative candidate.

Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 outbreak, impacted the sluggish economic activity of MSMEs, around 65% of the national GDP was contributed by MSMEs in 2019. State funds disbursed for the BPUM program amounted to 21 trillion. With a very large state finances, the fast time to be realized, it must have caused a lot of problems. This requires research on the effectiveness of this program. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the Productive Presidential Assistance for Micro Enterprises (BPUM) program on the performance of microbusiness development during the Covid-19 pandemic in Banjar District, Banjar District, Banjar City. A quantitative approach is used to analyze how much influence the effectiveness of the BPUM program has on the business performance of MSMEs in the Banjar District, Banjar District, Banjar City. From the calculation of Correlation Coefficient of Correlation and Determination of the Summary Model, the results of calculating the level of relationship with a value of 0.782 are obtained. From the calculation of the correlation is included in the strong category. So there is a strong relationship between the Effectiveness of the BPUM Program on the Performance of Micro Enterprises in the Banjar District, Banjar District, Banjar City. The regression equation with a positive b value indicates that the effectiveness of the BPUM program on service quality has a positive influence. This means that the effectiveness of the BPUM program increases, the performance of micro-enterprises in Banjar sub-district, Banjar sub-district, Banjar city also increases.

Abstract

Pengawasan partisipatif masyarakat menjadi elemen penting dalam mencegah terjadinya pelanggaran, seperti praktik money politik, dalam penyelenggaraan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) serentak tahun 2024. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam pengawasan Pilkada. Metode pengabdian dilakukan melalui ceramah interaktif yang melibatkan kepala desa dan tokoh masyarakat di Kecamatan Banjar, Kota Banjar, selama satu hari pada bulan September 2024. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta mengenai pentingnya pengawasan partisipatif dan langkah-langkah efektif melaporkan pelanggaran Pilkada. Kesimpulannya, pengawasan partisipatif masyarakat dapat diperkuat melalui edukasi yang terstruktur, sehingga menciptakan Pilkada yang lebih demokratis dan bebas dari kecurangan. Kata Kunci: Pilkada Serentak, Pengawasan, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Money Politik.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the political marketing strategy applied by the Indonesian Democratic Party of Struggle (PDIP) in the 2019 legislative elections in the Electoral District of Langensari District, Banjar City. (Dapil) III Langensari District, Banjar City. Research method method used is the descriptive method with a qualitative approach. descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research informants consisted of from PDIP administrators in Dapil III, the success team, and the voters in Langensari Sub-district. in Langensari Subdistrict. The results showed that PDIP managed to utilize the 4P concept effectively in their campaign. The political products offered, in the form of programs and policies, succeeded in attracting voters' interest. Promotions carried out through mass media, social media, and direct campaigns were able to increase awareness and support for PDIP. campaigns were able to increase awareness and support for the party. Price in this context is interpreted as the party's efforts to reduce the cost for voters to support and vote for PDIP. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of the 4P strategy in political marketing by PDIP in Dapil III Langensari Sub-district, Banjar City made a significant contribution to the party's victory in the 2019 legislative elections.

Abstract

At the implementation level, it turns out that there are still districts and cities that are constrained in developing the Gender Mainstreaming programme, this is because regional commitment is not yet strong so that the implementation of equitable Gender Mainstreaming is hampered. The purpose of this research is to analyse the implementation of the Gender Mainstreaming (PUG) policy in Kota Banjar. The research method uses a qualitative approach, which examines gender-responsive planning, gender-responsive programme implementation, and regulations that support gender-responsiveness. In the research, there are findings in the implementation of gender in Kota Banjar, including the PUG roadmap is not yet directed; It is not yet effective in supporting regional apparatus components; There is still a lack of understanding about PUG; Lack of planning system concepts; Lack of disaggregated data; Lack of monitoring. A comprehensive regional regulation is needed as a legal umbrella for the implementation of gender mainstreaming to strengthen and reinforce the existence of the performance of the PUG Technical Team and Working Group in Kota Banjar, improve PUG understanding, streamline the supporting components of regional apparatus, and so that the gender mainstreaming strategy in Kota Banjar becomes more effective.

Abstract

Desa Kujangsari merupakan salah satu desa yang berada di Kota Banjar Jawa Barat yang memiliki hamparan area pertanian yang luas, berupa pesawahan, namun dengan kondisi yang berada didataran rendah, menyebabkan suhu di Desa Kujangsari sangat terik, dimana pohon- pohon besar yang saat ini sudah ada belum bisa membuat suhu didaerah tersebut normal. Tujuan dari gerakan penanaman pohon ini adalah sebagai Stimulan dan penggerak bagi masyarakat di Desa Kujangsari untuk menciptakan Desa Kujangsari yang hijau dan asri. Metode yang digunakan adalah penggerakan dari seluruh elemen mulai dari masyarakat, aparatur pemerintah desa, tokoh masyarakat, aparatur Cabang Dinas Kehutanan Wilayah II Jawa Barat dan dihadiri oleh Wakil Walikota Banjar. Hasil dari gerakan penanaman 1000 pohon ini adalah terciptanya perilaku masyarakat untuk senantiasa melestarikan lingkungan sekitar agar tetap hijau dan asri sesuai dengan yang tercantum dalam Visi Kota Banjar. Kesimpulannya bahwa gerakan penanaman 1000 pohon merupakan salah satu media penggerakan masyarakat di Desa Kujangsari untuk sadar akan kelestarian lingkungan. Kata kunci: Gerakan Penanaman Pohon, Kelestarian Lingkungan, Kota Hijau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masalah Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah dan kebijakan pemerintah yang menggeser prioritas pengelolaan dana desa pada saat pandemi Covid-19 untuk program Bantuan Modal Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah yang sebelumnya, secara umum Dana Desa diprioritaskan untuk kegiatan pembangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana pengelolaan Dana Desa dan perbedaan kebijakan untuk Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah saat pandemi Covid-19 di Desa Rejasari dan Desa Kujangsari tahun 2018, 2019, 2020, dan 2021. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan Kulitatif-Deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah dilakukan dengan wawancara langsung kepada informan terkait serta dilengkapi dengan dokumen yang terkait. Teknik penentuan informan menggunakan Purpoisive Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.
