Abstract

Islamic Boarding School as an institution of Islamic education in Indonesia has become a part of nation journey. In historical aspect, boarding school takes part from struggle history and boarding school has been taking part in nation culture. In education system, boarding school as an institution of Islamic education became sub-system from national education system. But, in a long history, boarding school has not shown their existence which can give shape to expectation for all people. This case may be caused by some factors, namely history, culture of national education system that causes Islamic boarding school left behind. As we know that in 1999 as a popular year to appear desentralisation and it becomes urgent moment to change culture system and education system, including Islamic boarding school.

Abstract

Emanation becomes the first mover classical philosophy. There are always faced with two contradictory as that work and that done, spirit and matter, the creator and the created. The first mover places outside natural birth, transcendental nature. This understanding implies the ultimate reality which is the source of all things, which is God, which then appear in another reality in the source with the overflow. The human world is an emanation of the soul while the soul is an emanation of the Spirit (Nous), and the spirit of the first emanation from the one (To Hen). World unite, as possessed by the Soul of the World as the emanation of Soul. The world and man is distinguished, but basically everything is permeated by the power and light source, namely the One. The appearance of the home then this is the nature of the origin as the emergence of heat from the embers emergence of light from the light source. Which was the cause and origin of the foundation of everything, and which then emerges from the origin of it by itself without moving, without want, without approval. This article elaborates the world of emanation in general.

Abstract

This paper will examine the thoughts of Abdurrahman Masud on Nondikotomik Educational Format (Humanism Religious as Paradigm of Islamic Education). Masud argues, there is no separation between religious science and general science. Masud seems to want to compromise the general assumption between Western education which is more concerned with the knowledge aspect with Eastern education emphasizing more on the Religious aspect. The educational goal according to Abdurrahman Masud is the connection between man and his God (Hablum Minallah) and between man and man (Hablum Minannas). Ultimately, education aims to enable students to become human beings, which is perfect in the eyes of human civilization and perfect in the standard of religion. Furthermore, Masud is in line with the concept of religious humanism that is applied in Islamic education by emphasizing on the aspects of teachers, aspects of methods, aspects of pupils, material aspects, and evaluation aspects.

Abstract

Abstract

This paper discusses human resource management from an education quality perspective. This study aims to find out the description of human resources in building the quality of education. This study applies descriptive qualitative. Data source from Madrasah principals, heads of administration, head of curriculum and evaluation, and educators. Data collection method by interviewing the participants. The instrument of this study uses interview guidelines. Data analysis were carried out through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results showed that human resources in the Madrasah Aliyah IMMIM Makassar Modern Islamic Boarding School were in the good category. The reality of the quality of education shows very satisfying results, it is categorized in very good. The implication of this study is that it is hoped that it can become information and reference about the need to review the activities of human resource management in developing the quality of education, primarily from the perspective of internal customers consisting of educators and education personnel as "motor" all activities of madrasah and not just factors of production but also assets that need attention. The reality of the implementation of human resource management in several schools and madrasah needs to be evaluated more intensively to find out more about the potential advantages and disadvantages and limitations of each school or madrasah.

Abstract

AbstrakFokus penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pemakaian cadar dalam perspektif moderasi hukum Islam di kampus IAIN (Institut Agama Islam Negeri) Sorong. Pendekatan penelitian deskriktif kualitatif dengan metode penelitian menggunakan studi kasus. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Dosen, mahasiswa, dan civitas akademik IAIN Sorong. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pandangan mengenai pemakaian cadar di kampus IAIN Sorong. Ada dosen yang melarang pemakain cadar saat dalam kelas tatap muka berlangsung ada juga dosen yang membiarkan pemakaian cadar dibolehkan. Terdapat mahasiswa yang tetap mempertahankan untuk memakai cadar meskipun harus meninggalkan atau keluar pada mata kuliah yang melarang memakai cadar saat dalam kelas. Ada juga mahasiswa yang dengan membuka cadarnya saat tatap muka berlangsung. Tawaran moderasi hukum Islam terhadap kedua permasalahan tersebut terletak lahirnya sebuah regulasi yang berlandaskan kemaslahatan tanpa mengorbankan hak mahasiswa. Keyword: Cadar, Moderasi, Hukum Islam, IAIN Sorong.
