Pendidikan agama Kristen sering menghadapi tantangan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterlibatan siswa dengan metode pembelajaran tradisional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah (PBL) dalam konteks pendidikan agama Kristen dan potensinya untuk memperbaiki kualitas pengajaran. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis literatur untuk mengkaji penerapan PBL di berbagai disiplin ilmu dan relevansinya dengan pendidikan agama Kristen. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa PBL dapat meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap ajaran agama dan keterlibatan aktif mereka. Implikasi penelitian ini mencakup pengembangan kurikulum berbasis PBL, pelatihan pendidik, dan rekomendasi untuk penelitian empiris lebih lanjut guna mengoptimalkan penerapan PBL dalam pendidikan agama Kristen Christian religious education often faces challenges in improving student understanding and engagement with traditional learning methods.
