Abstract

Islamic education management is an important aspect in the management of educational institutions based on the values of the Qur'an and Hadith. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic education management in improving the effectiveness of educational organizations, especially through the application of Islamic sharia principles. The approach used is qualitative research based on literature studies, with data sources in the form of secondary literature such as books, journal articles, and relevant magazines. The results of the study indicate that the application of Islamic-based management provides significant benefits, such as increasing the integrity of the institution, the effectiveness of resource management, and the formation of student character based on Islamic teachings. However, there are a number of obstacles, including a lack of in-depth understanding of sharia principles in management and limited competent human resources in this field. In conclusion, Islamic education management has a strategic contribution in the management of educational institutions by instilling Islamic spiritual and ethical values, so that it is able to answer the challenges of modern education while still adhering to religious teachings.

Abstract

Kemunculan AI memiliki dampak dalam perubahan dalam proses pencarian informasi, terutama bagi siswa dalam penyelesaian tugasnya. Penggunaan ini tentunya menjadi sebuah tantangan bagi para guru, untuk mengevaluasi dengan perkembangan teknologi saat ini dengan melihat dari sudut pandang dari siswa mengenai AI. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah memberikan gambaran kondisi dari siswa menengah dan melihat seberapa efektifnya Penggunaan AI oleh mereka, sehingga guru dapat beradaptasi dengan adanya AI ini. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Penggunaan AI dari siswa dan guru sudah banyak digunakan. Berdasarkan perspektif siswa, AI digunakan untuk membantu mereka menyelesaikan tugas sekolah, sedangkan dari perspektif guru, AI digunakan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan mereka, dalam pembuatan soal, penyelesaian administrasi guru, dan penyelesaian tugas pada Platform Merdeka Mengajar di Kurikulum Merdeka. Selain itu, kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perlunya perubahan metode pembelajaran dan sistem penugasan agar penilaian peserta didik tidak hanya terfokus dalam kemampuan mereka mencari informasi, melainkan dalam hal keterampilan mereka dalam memahami dan menganalisis suatu permasalahan.

Abstract

This article discusses about the relevance of KH Imam Zarkasi thoughts of education in developing intrapersonal intelligence. It is a kind of library research using descriptive- qualitative method. The resutt of this research shows that KH. Imam Zarkasi`s thoughts are still very relevant to be implemented in developing students` intrapersonal intelligence. Among of his thoughts are; 1) developing intrapersonal intelligence can be through two ways; intentionally, that is through education in formal institutions, and unintentionally that is through interaction with the surrounding community and the nature. 2) The method of learning to develop intrapersonal intelligence is through individual training; by entrusting children to carry out their own duties with full responsibility, giving children the opportunity to make their own decisions and be responsible for their decisions, and other similar activities. These thoughts have been applied by KH Imam Zarkasi through the institution he developed, namely Pondok Pesantren Gontor. Among of his renewal efforts are; The implementation learning using classical system, the use of learning methods that provide opportunities for children to develop their thinking power critically, independently and responsibly, and provide extracurricular activities as a forum for students to develop themselves.
